It’s a luxury hotel with comfortable beds and great services. And within 10-15 min walk to Oviedo old town.

The connected rooms. The building design. The rooms and lobby all were very nice.

The sewer smell in the room, which they did come and take care of.

Everything. Specially the staff. Oliver was exceptionally helpful. And welcoming. The bar tender was very nice too. Every single member of the staff. We’re Great. Looking forward to go back.

Receptionist was very friendly, spoke fluent English, and gave us fantastic eatery recommendations

Location, the room, cleanliness, value

The attached garage could have bigger parking spaces. But once you squeeze in, there’s no reason to use your car as everything is pretty much walkable

The location was excellent. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendless friendly.

The hotel did not give any instructions about parking. We arrived and the area in front of the hotel was blocked by cones. We went into the parking garage which is very tight and found some parking on the 3rd level. But there is no elevator access on the 3rd level. There's only elevator access on the 2nd(extremely tight parking) or on the 4th level. Who knew? So we dragged our luggage up the stairs to the reception. (Very little lighting in the stairwell) The hotel needs to do a better job communicating about where to park. In the bathroom, there were no hooks outside the bathroom or shower to hang things.

very nice hotel. nice rooms. I can't say anything good or bad about the location. There's nothing to do in the city at all. So it doesn't matter where your hotel is. Otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel has a good location within walking distance of almost all points of interest, the breakfast is excellent. Parking is right next to the hotel. I recommend it.

The room was bigger compared to other Europe hotels.

Beautiful hotel with parking garage below (very much appreciated but it is tight maneuvering!). Breakfasts were fabulous. Staff professional, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - easy walk through park to historic center, and near a somewhat trendy street for cafes and bars. Also an excellent self service laundromat is across street and down one block, so our mid-trip laundry wash was convenient and efficient (great dryers - two loads completely done in less than an hour). So glad we stayed here - highly recommend this hotel. We stayed three nights.

Nothing - perfect stay

Very comfortable and nice stay in a good location. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Great location. Outside of building is stunning. Inside has been remarkably remodeled and finish quality is just fair, 7/10. Broken bath fixture. Small w/c. Lots of small glass doors.

Remodel inside was not done very well. Sheet rocking, finish carpentry, floors, base boards all below 4 star quality. Service at restaurant was a disaster. Left before ordering.

King sized bed. Good air conditioning. Close to historic center but not in it. Quiet. Staff was very helpful.

The kindness of the staff at the reception, very helpful and willing to make your stay very pleasant. We had to check out early the day we left the hotel and they offered us a box lunch to compensate for the breakfast of that day, It was a very nice gesture! Also that morning waiting for our taxi to the airport, the attention of the receptionist was also special, he also offered us coffee while we were waiting and was a very special moment. Thank you!The hotel is near the central station and walkable to restaurants and shops.The room was very nice and the bed comfy. The bathroom was excellent with hydromassage.

Everything was special, the only thing was the thickness of the wall, practically you hear anything outside the room.

Nice hotel and room.

Bathroom design was high end but without thought to the basics: no air supply or exhaust. Sink faucet set was loose and in need of maintenance. Wait staff in bar added additional item to bill that was not purchased.
