Super Location and staff

Insane mattres, like a super old one.

The staff was exceptional and kind. The host let us keep our belongings in our room the day following check out as no one was going to be checking in the following day. This was incredibly helpful for us and greatly appreciated. The extra bed was in place upon arrival and the host waited for us as we arrived just a bit after the check in time window. Bed was comfortable and hot water worked great. The location is fantastic, just minutes walking or by cab from the train station and from many great places to eat and drink, andF from the historic center.

Room was small, although adequate for our needs. We visited during a holiday weekend, so the price was steep. I think their typical prices are more reasonable.

Right in the middle of the city. Towels included, responsive staff, toiletries and towels were nice.

Not clean, got bug bites. A lot of bug bites, they were in the bathroom & bedroom.

It was basic, but clean and fine and good value. This was a real hotel, not a booking.com scam place. (Be very careful with this site. There are places that are "special partners" that pay bigger commissions and get away with scamming their customers. Booking.com won't refund your money, even if what is offered is not what is advertised.)

Clean, comfortable, good price, great location

It's right in the middle of the city, everything is easily reachable on foot. The room was great, nice towels and shower gel included.

The only bad thing is not the hotel 's fault, but if you have a room window opening to the street, people are very loud until 3 in the morning, also the trash is taken away every night and dawn and it also very loud. No fan or AC so it must be hot in the summer.

Good location, nice receptionist. It was the place I stayed before starting my Camino.

Very nice and kind employees. Central location. Cafeteria is perfect. We stayed there for 3 weeks and was a pleasure. Parking Asturias is across the road and it was 80€ for one month. There is also a laundromat at 2 min walking. Brilliant.

Nice small hotel with café in central Oviedo, close to Cathedral, Museum of Fine Arts, shopping, parks, and trian station.

Sundays are the staff's day of rest, they are not present, and the street door is kept locked. Guest entry is accomplished by keying a code into a keypad at street door. This was all explained and physically demonstrated to me at check-in on a Saturday but by Sunday afternoon after walking around exploring the town for hours I had forgotten the code and could not immediately get back into the hotel. The street door code was not on the room keycard. After guessing at the street door code for a few minutes it popped open. Either I had guessed the code correctly or a staff member saw me on camera and remotely opened the door for me. Moral: write down the street door entry code and keep it in your wallet!

Location in the center of the city, close to restaurants and historical district. Quick WiFi. Cleanliness excellent. Bed pretty comfortable.

Sound isolation pretty poor for both inside and outside noise. Bathroom pretty tiny and the shower almost impossible to conveniently use. Poor water pressure, meaning the shower was useless (either low pressure warm water or normal pressure ice cold water).

- Great central location and the city is beautiful!- The staff was very friendly- nice and spacious room- a cafeteria in a lobby is nice and convenient

- the WiFi in a room was very slow. It was impossible to watch a video on my laptop. It was okay-ish on a phone.

It is a basically hotel but for the price the room were clean and the beds comfortable. The rooms were a good size, not massive but not cramped. Location is excellent with parking garage nearby.

Rooms were a bit dark. Lights did not brighten them very much.

Helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast/coffee and excellent location! Great value for the price
