Iberik Santo Domingo Plaza Hotel

Location was excellent - right off the freeway and easy access to the parking garage. And very walkable to the old town.

Price, location and attention were excellent

Its a little dated...the bathroom

It is in the center of the city, near a lot of places to solve any emergency you may have. You can access the grocery store and some restaurants. It's at the back of the hotel.

The price of the morning (breakfast) buffet is higher than expected; there should be more affordable options or more options in general, not necessarily a buffet.

The staff were very friendly and informative. Even before we got to the hotel, we were a little bit lost and one of the staff coming home saw us and helped us even though it was a little late at night. We ask them to clean the room when we leave and the cleaner even organizes my things fhat were on the table.

The ac is very bad. It's enough fo sleeo but when you start moving a little, it makes it very warm. Even throughout the night, it stays very warm. It would be better with a fan

The hotel is modern updated room had everything you needed...Location was easy by Car and 15 minutes walking to city center old town..Staff was very welcoming

Very pet friendly-they provided a bed, treats and bowls. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Close to everything.

The room was spacey, and the hotel was in an acceptable walk through location.

Barely any staff understanding English, no kitchen available in the hotel, extremely hard and uncomfortable bed, very smelly pipes in the bathroom.

The hotel was outside of town and if leaving from the front entrance an extra 5 minutes of travel time and given the weather conditions the past few days a lot more respite from the rain. A code was provided for a back entrance with easier access to the town centre however this was changed mid stay without any notification, meaning we were stuck in the pouring rain trying to gain access. The buzzer was also not answered during this time for approx 10-15 minutes. When told of this the staff both at the time this occurred and in the morning when checking out were completely indifferent to the issue and offered no help as to what occurred. I'm either to believe that the person on reception wasn't doing their job properly or the buzzer which had worked fine for the previous days was now not working?The hotel has an automated email to guests to confirm an online check in pre arrival which naturally I completed, I received this 3 nights in a row, however I could not be sent a simple message that the code for the back and city friendly access had changed during a 3 night stay once??Absolutely shambolic.

Beautiful, clean, very spacious and central to everything. A little bit dated in term of the bath tub and fixtures but other than that it was nice.

If a coffee making station was made available it would have been perfect.

Friendly staff. Good parking for motorcycles. Nice sized room. Massive bed.

Starting to look a bit scruffy in places. Shower was a bath/shower combo with curved sides so not much room. Extractor fan not working.

Big, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Location is 15 mins to the main Plaza and Cathedral. Bought ready meals from the Mercadona and they were excellent. Our rooms overlooked the waterfall. Breakfast area was excellent, good choices of hot/cold meats and cheeses Had a good night stay, parking the hotel for 12 euro. However, a little tight on the turns for a big van. They have a 3rd floor exit to walk the city which was great. Thank you!

Nothing, everything was great.

The hotel has a very good position, I arrived there at 8:00 p.m. The receptionist is very kind, even show me a map and explain the surrounding situation. With their help, I even did a short but peaceful tour in the old city area. The hotel room is big and facility is in good condition. Staying in there is very comfortable. The restaurant on the ground floor is also very good and have many choices for everyone. I even left my phone charger in room when I checked out, but the hotel stuff is very helpful and help me to find it and keep it before I went back :)

Room was a little dark. Hotel a little bit far from city centre, but very close to access roads.

Good location. Clean, tidy hotel. The first room we were given had very poor wifi. The staff managed to give us another room with much better wifi. It is much appreciated.

The hotel is easily accessible from the main road. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

The breakfast selection was poor and slow at replacing food when it was trays were empty
