I liked the location.

I did not like the way the rooms are designed/distributed. The tub wall is way high, very uncomfortable to get in and out (an I am very athletic), it is in front of the bed, the commode is in a very small room along with the bidet, the sink is minuscule. In one word, no two words, very uncomfortable and tight.

The staff were very friendly, from the person who checked us in, to the staff member who leant me an iron. The room was just right for our stay - nothing too fancy, but comfortable and had everything we needed.

It’s a slightly dated hotel and is a little shabby around the edges but it suited our needs.

Location, at a nice area in the city. The lobby and general installations were acceptable and clean. The staff was efficient and nice.

The size of the rooms, extremely tight for a couple. We didn’t stay long but it was smaller than what we expected and would’ve been difficult to manage. Having a jacuzzi as a shower could be cool for some, but it was cumbersome for a quick shower and inconvenient in general.

Nothing to dislike

Short distance to city center and train station. Included breakfast made the morning more productive.

Great staff, the location was good (at 12-15 minutes to the city center) and the bed was comfortable

Found hairs in my bed and in the shower, the breakfasts was too simple, the room and the carpet were brought from the 80’s (way to out of date), the heat/AC didn’t work properly, the distribution of room is the worse I’ve had ever seen (shower in the bedroom and phone in the bathroom), etc.

The room is very comfortable and has a good distribution. I like the city views too. Right in the center of the city.

Everything was pleasant.

Room was a little stuffy with the rain and if the door was opened rain came in. Better ventilation.

I stayed at the suite. It has nice views, 2 jacuzzi, and an incredible bed (comfortable and pretty large). The breakfast consisted on a reduced bouffet but with really tasty options. I would repeat for sure. In addition, it wasn’t expensive.

Great multi-lingual staff, central location, clean facilities in good shape.

Room was a lot smaller that the lobby would indicate (but it IS Europe)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good, it's 10 to 15 minutes walk into the city centre.

The rooms are tiny and outdated. The bed was very small for a double sized bed, it was only a little bigger than a single bed. The air conditioning wasn't sufficient. The toilet wasn't refilling, there was problems trying to flush it. The toilet paper holder and the towel holders were falling off the wall. The shower wasn't great either. We wouldn't stay here again, we certainly wouldn't rate it at the 4 stars it claims to be. It's 4 star prices but certainly not 4 star accommodation!!

It smelled nice. Rooms, bathroom and bathtub were well cleaned, comfortable bed.

Customer service really good

You have to pay for the parking space, something that I find outrageous since you are already paying for the room and the price is not cheap, 12 EURO a night. Not a chance I'm coming back

Easy to find and located for the Camino

The rooms were small, the bed frame was visible. Seemed over priced for the room.

Excellent location, lovely bedroom, great view and very comfortable stay. The best of all were the hotel staff who went absolutely above and beyond to help during my stay and with my departure.

Car parking very close to the property, just ask to book it. The staff were very friendly, helped us with the safe being stuck as well.

Odd room layout with the shower/bath being in the room itself. Lift was not the best, location is slightly far from the historical centre.
