Pros +
- All OK
- Great location, friendly and attentive staff, large flat-screen TV with streaming services, rainshower with good hot water, fridge/minibar with beer and coke and water, hotel cafeteria provided good value and was open until 11. Excellent glas of red wine from Ribera del Duero was just €2.60. Altogether, it's pretty near perfect IMO.
- The people at the front desk (Nacho and his coworkers) were particularly kind and helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is a great location near the old town- very walkable.
Cons -
- It wasn't strong but the toilet stank a teeny bit, probably due to eco-friendly cleaning products allowed in Europe and not necessarily because of the cleaning staff. It wasn't horrible and I managed to get by but just wanted to mention it in case there is something the hotel can do to improve the situation.
- Pillow sheets were not perfectly clean but the property changed them immediately. Overall it was a great stay and I will come back next year. The garage should have a better way to enter since all hosts have to use the same remote control key, by turns.
- The WiFi signal is weak and for a 4 stars it should at least have coffee and tea and a kettle

Almost everything.

The staff were excellent. We were able to check in early. They helped us out when we had a problem after we had checked out.
Bed had a nice, firm mattress. Staff was super nice and helpful. I was in Oviedo for a wedding and they let me use a steamer for my dress. The breakfast every morning was a big plus.
Great location only 10mins from the plaza de fontan and specious bedroom

Excellent location
Works being carried out on floor 2. One lift being used for builders (buckets of concrete along with dusty boards left inside) should have notice outside/on door to say “out of use”. Unable to use stairs due to works they were blocked off. Could also hear noise from works being carried out during the day.
Got a free upgrade which was very nice. All at all it was good, but not a 4 star hotel based on the room and facilities.
They are in the process of renovating. Anyway the room was very basic, not at all close to other 4 stars hotels in which I've stayed in the same region.
The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom quite big and clean.
I can't think of anything that went wrong or didn't like.
Very nice and warm room! We were very pleasantly surprised with the views! We were on the 8th floor and had amazing views over Oviedo city! We stayed in the hotel as we had a show at the theatre which was only a 2 min walk away. After the show we went to the hotel bar and the atmosphere was very nice.
Nothing, everything was great!
The hotel is super central and the room recently remodelled. The mattress is super comfortable, and was mostly quiet.
Even on the sixth floor I was in, I could tell the restaurant food smells travelled to the air conditioning vent in my room, and it smelt like food during breakfast and dinner times. The bathroom doesn’t have a door.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Spacious and comfortable room. Worked well having the cafeteria on the ground floor. Easy walking access to historic area of Oviedo.
There were no downsides.
Location
Beds uncomfortable and no tea or coffee making facilities.
Location,safety and clean
The only thing when you book this property try to get a room with the street view the room that I have has no view and it was hot I have to change to another room
Location in downtown Oviedo is excellent. The bathroom is deluxe. The bed is firm and comfortable. Gabriel, the night desk manager, was very helpful, professional and accommodated mylate arrival. The breakfast provided a lot of options…includes not only a buffet but omelettes made to order.
Large bedroom and beautiful bathroom. I read a review in which the reviewer complained that the rooms were in great need of renovation. The rooms are dated but they are very clean and the walls have obviously been painted so for me it was an excellent experience. Had a large window with a nice view of the downtown area and the location was excellent if you want to be near everything. The staff were kind and very accommodating. Gabriel was especially helpful at the front desk in finding a locksmith on a Saturday for an emergency. The breakfast buffet was excellent value at 12€. A full selection of fruits, juices, cereals and bakery items plus eggs and bacon made to order!
I was on the second floor so there was a bit of street noise…it is the downtown of a city of 220,000 after all!
Very nice looking front &l obby. Nearby secure parking owned by hotel. Good value. Excellent reception staff. Rooms well maintained. Quiet even though festival time in town.Temporary parking space outside hotel to allow check in and luggage drop. ( But this may be full so could cause severe difficulty as parking access needs key from reception).A few cafes bars and restaurants very close. Also a cafe bar in hotel. Not far from town maybe 15 minute walk but steep hill.
Some aspects of room required cosmetic maintenance.eg skirt board detached from wall. It didn't impact our comfort. No kettle, cups or tea coffee facilities.Parking access and exit not one way even though two doors. Trusted to luck no oncoming vehicles.
Room was fine (very clean and comfortable), location very good, restaurant facilities ok and good value, parking excellent (private garage nearby, reasonable daily rate). Breakfast was good. The hotel staff really friendly and helpful.
Everything was fine, nothing to dislike. But it's clearly principally a business hotel, so it was a bit bland and soulless. Not really a criticism, since everything was easy and efficient, but it's not until you walk down into the old city centre that you start to feel some of the history and vibe of Oviedo (which is a very impressive place).
Great location for access to the old town, and lovely park enroute. Quiet at night for a guid nights sleep.
No allocated parking but we found free parking not too far away as we do not mind the exercise but others may prefer to be closer.
