The room and the swimming pool

Temperature at Airco was not changeble

The hotel was great. We loved the deluxe room, ideal for a couple with a baby. The swimming pool was nice to enjoy some family time! Good parking and 10-15 min walking from the center. We will repeat!

Great location for me, it was close to the start of the camino. Comfortable, good value and an excellent breakfast.

Really clean. Tidy Rooms. Nice pool and sauna facilities. Lovely quality buffet-style breakfast. Definitely a chain hotel (better breakfast than you'd expect from a chain though!)

We were a little stressed coming into the hotel and we didn't have a particularly warm welcome from the gentleman on the desk (the lady was really nice when we checked in). We were really disappointed to be being charged 15Euros parking per day and we're glad we weren't planning on staying there any longer - otherwise it would have been a lot more expensive.

Comfy climate control, cleanliness, friendly staff. We travelled with children, we booked a room with one extra sofa-bed where children were sleeping. Both rooms has a TV, all was perfectly clean and all was functioning well. Breakfast was also good.

Lack of slippers in the room (maybe you can bought them at reception). The pool is not a large one, and it is connected to the gym. It is not suitable for children

Very friendly check-in staff and simple checkout. Nothing bad to say!

One of the lights in the bedroom exploded which was a bit odd. Room was also quite hot due to batroom having a separate heater which was very hot.

The hotel is basic. Rooms and bathroom are big enough. It´s is about 20 min walking from center. There is parking (15€).

A bit far from the city center. A bit expensive.

The shower heads were not very pressured . There were no coffee normal cups to make normal coffee only decaff

The pool was good. The breakfast had a good selection and the breakfast room was relaxing and well spaced.

The room was stark. We had a separate seating area that was really unappealing. The charge for parking is excessive given the hotel is out of town a bit. I asked about pool towels (as per the info on their website) and was told rather abruptly just to use the towel from my room.

Great hotel - very comfortable bed - stayed here a few weeks ago and decided to stay again on our way back to Santander (and glad we did - was as good as I remember!)

We were travelling from western Spain to the ferry at Santander and therefore broke our journey at Oviedo. On arrival we were directed to the underground car park (cost 15 Euros) which is very conveniently situated and provides easy access to the hotel. I liked the fact that there was a bath as well as a shower and bidet in the bathroom. Had we stayed for longer we might have used the swimming pool which looked most inviting.

The lighting in the room was not good enough to read in bed.

Hotel was very clean. The location was perfect in relation to the city center. Park with a very good size parking spaces which is uncommon in spain.

Although they offer a gym, all the machines were very old. Example: trying to set the running tred at a 7 km/h felt it would break it self. And they were full of rust. Also the sauna was set in the same room, which made the gymnasium room temperature almost unbearable

The beds were very comfortable

The internet did not work in our room. I told the staff several times and they were not proactive in finding a solution. It was extremely frustrating. Overall below average experience for the price and a four star hotel.

Lovely hotel - clean, well run with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The little pool was lovely too.

Only one minor complaint - no kettle in room so unable to make tea

2 bedrooms make it ideal for family travel. Lovely bathroom and beds. Dining staff very helpful. Swimming pool is heated and good size, not busy at all.

Location is about 1.5km from the centre - not too many things open nearby on a Sunday. Underground parking is extra €15 per night. No changing rooms for the pool. Very noisy machinery in the pool. Bar variable morning opening hours. Dining in underground room with no windows. Staff somewhat indifferent and didn't know mercado opening hours.

Location is great, easy to reach by car. They offer limited parking, and, even if they charge 15 euros for it, it is good not to have to look for parking after a long journey. The room was spacious, comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was plentiful and they kept on bringing out food even closer to the end of the breakfast hours. It is not close to the city center but if you like to walk it is doable. We found the surrounding area very pleasant and there are shops and restaurants all around that you can explore.

The parking cannot be reserved, it is "first come, first served". The pool and the training area were advertised but they are old and in need of restyling.
