the staff was lovely. They always had good information & very nice. Great location & everything in city center within walking distance. Rooms were clean & quiet. Lots of lovely restaurants in the area. could walk to the train station very easily.

Needs to be updated. ALL the walls in the rooms & the walls have this black & white stripped wall paper which was eclectic at first & then like sleeping in a barcode. no parking so we used public parking which is numerous around the area. Kinda funny that the description was "interior courtyard view" which translated to looking over someone's concrete, moss encrusted patio - no big deal if you just get a hotel to sleep & shower.

The striped decor of the room was a bit much

The daytime concierge speaks English very well and is super helpful with recommendations etc. Very centrally located.

The lady at the front desk is super friendly and greeted us every time when we entered the hotel and made us feel warm and welcomed!

Our room does not get much sunlight.

The location. Everything is in walking distance. Very close to the train station too. Room.The bed is very comfy and the pillows are super nice. Staff. The lady was so nice and the hotel also provided a handy map with good information about the monuments, restaurants and cafes ??

There is no facial tissue in the room but it is not a big deal, you just need to bring it. The air conditioning is on the floor and it is a bit noisy.

Incredible value for money. Lovely welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable and well located.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were big as was tge bathroom. Location of the hotel had me minutes away from the main sites in the city

I had thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. There were cafes very close. I would suggest the hotel make an arrangement with one of the cafes so breakfast can be available

Location, hygiene, comfortable bad, well equipped and big bathroom.

Window of the room was turned towards the inner light space, so no contact with outside world and no daylight.

The hotel and the rooms in general were very dated and need a refresh. The pictures can be misleading. The bathroom was dirty.

Excellent location, safe parking 50m away for 9.50 Euro p/n.Great staff very helpful and lovely room & bathroom for unbelievable value ?Only thing was lighting was by lamps, so a little dark.Thankyou for a great overnight stay, would definitely stay again

Location is excellent, just about 5 minutes from the cathedral in the historic centre. Very friendly check in and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Also a 5 minute walk to the train station. Would recommend.

Situated right in the heart of Oviedo. Very nice helpful staff. Clean room and comfy bed.

The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows.Perfect position in the center with a lot of shops and super markets in the same street or nearby.Air conditioning available and super quiet environment, I didn’t hear any sound coming from outside or the other rooms. It was a perfect stay!!

Staff and location

Air conditioning was not working properly. The bed was probably broken, because any movement caused noise. Pay attention that this Hotel does not give you a key card/key, etc. to enter the Hotel at night. So if you coming after 23.00 it becomes complicated to enter.
