Hotel Sercotel Ciudad de Oviedo

Parking garage is very narrow to drive in and requires you to reverse your car into an elevator when leaving. Breakfast is very overpriced.

Angela the receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming. Location is perfect. Parking is limited but there are other options not far from the hotel. Breakfast was good.

The location in the famous sidreria street Gascona is the only major plus point for this hotel. Reception staff charming though.

Surely cannot claim to be 4-star. No restaurant. Bar unstaffed, unwelcoming and not used by anyone while we were there. Our room was in the attic with a low ceiling above the beds. Even aware of this I kept hitting my head. Three light bulbs in room none near bed appropriate for reading. Plenty of room for chairs maybe a coffee table but just one upright chair. Could not get a/c to work though was not essential so not complained about.

Excellent location , right in the middle of Gascona Street, Sidrerias and restaurants right in our walkable stree.Parking facilities very near. Loved Oviedo!!!! a city an hotel to repeat...

As always, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us. The location of the hotel is a bonus,more so because of the ease of access from the ring road.

Hotel reception was very pleasant and informative. Location of hotel was superb with lots of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Hotel lift car park was too small for our car but we parked opposite overnight in public car park very reasonable and very safe

Great location , we parked in a parking lot around the corner (€13 overnight ) so you are right in the center of town . They gave us 2 adjoining rooms ( 2 adults & 2 teenagers ) which was ideal . Lovely area to visit , we were only there for 1 night.

Good location close enough to bars/resturants. Room large with confortable bed. Nice and quiet at night as room not overlooking the street.Air Conditioning very good.Secure, undercover garage parking.

Having to pay same parking price as car especially as car next to our motorbike parked half way into our bay.Breakfast very average at best for a 4* hotel. Cooked food was cold.

The hotel is well situated in the middle of Oviedo and right on a street full of restaurants/sidrerias where we enjoyed having lunch.The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable and we appreciated having windows that one could open to refreshen up.We enjoyed the breakfast offering, having some local food and the standard buffet. The staff at the breakfast room were incredibly nice.

Arriving at the property was a bit confusing as google maps doesn’t show the hotel as accessible by car but only for pedestrians. This is not the hotel’s fault but I would suggest them to ask guests how they are arriving beforehand to ensure there is no confusion and stress around the parking.The hotel is placed in a street of restaurants so it is a bit noisy until 23h or midnight, it was not a big deal for us but for families with children it can be a problem, specially if you are on a lower floor.The parking of the hotel is quite small so forget about it if you have a big car; to access it you need to take a car-lift and the space down there is quite tight. The price however is fair.

The room was sparkling clean. The shower pressure was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is located nearby the cidrerías in the middle of a very diverse restaurants with excellent gastronomy. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will go back to Oviedo in the future.

Very central, very helpful receptionist, good value for money
