The location us ideal, right next to thr bus station and easy walking distance to the city sites.front desk staff extremely helpful and friendly.

For the price, would be nice to have breakfast included

The location next to the train station and on the edge of the city center is perfect. Everything in the room met expectations. It was not busy when we were there and we were given a corner room with a great view of the city, mountain, and railway.

Very good, good value. The staff were excellent. When we arrived Raquel was on reception, a warm welcome and so much information we needed was happily given. 2 ladies during day Marta and other were great too.

Near railroad tracks. Although the staff gave me the quietest possible room, you can still hear road and rail traffic.

Great location next to the bus station but not typical sketchy area near a bus station. Very safe. Across from all the restaurants and cafes.

Large garage under the hotel with easy access from the street. My request for a large bed was satisfied. Room very good indeed, with a view to the town. Hotel location very good, easy to drive to and a mere 15-20 minutes walk to the cathedral, past the shopping area of the town which in fact starts when you cross the avenue in front of the hotel. Many restaurants nearby: we crossed the street and ate an excellent oxtail some 100 yards from the hotel. Breakfast very good including fresh natural orange juice and nuts.

There were a couple details that could be better. The one that made me lower the rating by one point was that when, at breakfast, I picked a large spoon from the vase where a dozen spoons were, it was dirty. It had been used and looked clean from the back, but from the front there was no mistake. The dispensers of hand soap, shampoo, etc, used by these hotels are of the piston type and not good. In this case one of them was nearly stuck and we had to move the liquid soap to the tub using a plastic cup. This is not a characteristic of this specific hotel but it is difficult to understand because I have seen much better and probably cheaper dispensers of the squeeze type in 3-star hotels.Heater could not be regulated above a set temperature but a good blanket was available in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide verity of choices. The bed was fantastic. I slept better than I can remember in a hotel.

The shower head was not secure in its holder and as a result of strong water pressure escaped from its cradle spraying water around the bathroom like a snake. The parking garage is for mostly small cars requiring careful navigation to secure a space for a mid size SUV.

Excellent location given that we were coming in one night and out the other on the train. Great facility, nice staff, excellent breakast.

The room was very big and the bathroom was as well. The bed was incredibly comfortable.It's on a very busy street but the room was very quiet, it had very thick windows and we were on the 6th floor.

It was the suit at 7th floor with a big balcony with a wonderful sight. I've never been in such a place, just ordinary but good rooms. So it was a new and pleasant experience to me ;) The breakfast was also superb.

Well, having the room a bidet, I missed a sponge or something like that. I'm used to it.

Very welcoming staff. Nice room with two chairs and a table. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Cleaning staff very good, they put two instead of the normal one toilet paper roll on the second day. Which we needed.

Doorstop of the bathroomdoor at the place where you get out of the bath/shower. This can be dangerous. No shampoo, only conditioner.

Everything! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was huge and clean and really nice overall.

Convenient location by the bus and train stations and short walk to centre of town- although the far side from the Old Town. Rooms are very large and comfortable, if a little corporate. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was expensive at €13 and so we decided to go to local bars/cafes instead for half the price.

The staff was beyond friendly, the room was big and with a lot of light and we were able to enjoy Oviedo because of the great location. Also perfect if you need to take a bus or a train because is next to it.
