Pros +
- Very modern rooms, clean, and spacious. Room has mini-fridge with available beverages & snacks, safe, robes & slippers, jacuzzi tub with rain shower, cushy towels. Staff congenial & helpful. Internet worked well.
- Location
- Location and close proximity to the cathedral.
Cons -
- Like most European hotels, no dressers but did have large closets. Bathroom design has upper glass partition panels so if you go in the middle of the night you light up the whole room. No access to the pool in the spa without paying extra.
- Booked a suite, didn’t realize a big slope ceiling above the bed, kind of feeling oppression in small space. Taller people definitely have to mind their heads. Funny design of the bathroom, toilet inside shower enclosure, need extra cautious about wet floor after shower
- There was considerable noise early in the morning ing from people returning from the siderias.

Great location. Clean rooms. Big tub. Spa onsite. Parking for car. Staff was super friendly.
The BED!! It was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE bed I’ve slept on since 2012 when I also had a terrible bed experience at another hotel. I did ask for a topper which helped immensely. The pillows weren’t good either and had to ask for more. Walls are paper thin and can hear hallway noise excessively. Parking was 16.50 a night. Room was tiny but on brand for a lot of Europe. Hard for two suitcases
Great location. SuperSmallRooms and the Ac not so good
Proximity to parks, restaurants and historic sites.
While the property will valet your car for no charge, it is hard to make use of a car at this hotel.
Lovely place with helpful staff
At times, we felt like we were being nickel and dimed for things like extra coffee pods and towels at the spa, but still overall great value.
Superb location and the valet parking is really useful. You can just stop outside unloading and they take it away. It is brought back right outside when you are ready to leave.
The breakfast wasn’t very good.
great staff. parking is somewhat inconvenient even when paying. breakfast is poor. great location.
Clean and goo md service
They didn’t include basic needs such as toothpaste
I forgot my laptop in my room and the hotel staff wrapped it up and facilitated it being shipped to me within Spain. Greatly appreciative!
Great location, very helpful staff, clean comfortable room. Very accommodating with our bikes.
spacious room, comfortable beds, nice interior, great hydromassage bath! very nice and professional staff, great massage! good location, two great restaurants nearby))
I would like a little more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness! There is a lack of pleasant music and pleasant smells in the spa aqua zone!
Very nice room, if a little small, with an excellent bathroom. Good TV and WiFi. Useful parking service. Located close to good restaurants and the old town and cathedral so good for tourism. Nice breakfast room with a decent breakfast.
No access to subscription channels on TV,
Location is excellent. On a side street yet close to the cathedral, casco antiguo, park and shopping.
Great location in centre of Oviedo. It was very comfortable, nice decor.
No proper door on the bathroom – why do hotels do this?? Air conditioning didn’t work and room was extremely stuffy. Breakfast was average, not great.
Location was.excellent. Room was good. Very clean. Comfortable beds.
The hotel is advertised as having a bar. This isn't strictly true. It is affiliated to a nearby restaurant. Coffee-making facilities in the room, but coffee was only provided for the first day and had to be paid for afterwards. Not what you would expect in a four star hotel.
room was quite big and within easy reach to to the town and restaurants
had to pay 20 euros each to use the swimming pool for a hour.in your room they gave you the first coffee free after that you had to pay
Once we were moved from a room that smelt of drains the room was OK.
Our first room smelt of drains yet we were still put in there.. They did move us but it was a hassle. The rooms are a bit small and having to pay for the spa when it is a spa hotel is annoying and in the end I did not bother as it looked small although it is was only 20 euros.
Room was very good. Breakfast was fine a good selection of items without being too elaborate. Location is excellent very central
Bar and restaurant facilities are not open all the time
