Hotel Boutique Rosal Oviedo

Spent a night at Rosal and it was very clean, comfortable bed and good shower! Great location close to center and host was very kind and helpful! I would stay here again.

Everything. The location, the room was neat as a pin. The fed was terrific. It was quiet too. Wait! I forgot the amazing shower!!!

Nothing. Well for some it may be inconvenient not to have the front desk staffed 24/7 but I was told check-in was at 2pm and the front desk manager actually got there a few minutes early, but I was busy doing a few errands So if you know, you know. You just plan ahead

It is a very cute, old-school looking hotel. We loved the bathroom. There are window blinds so it can be totally dark in the room for better sleep. Location is perfect, in a nice street in the city center and around 15-20 minutes from the station. Wifi worked perfectly. The staff were very kind.

Sound insulation is pretty bad - you can hear everything from the room next door.

We had booked 2 rooms but the other 2 guests had to cancel last minute. We could not cancel the room on the app. However, on our arrival, when the owner knew that we would not be using the room, he explored every possibility to refund us. Unfortunately, he could not process the reimbursement. Instead, he offered us to stay any other extra night any other time. We was really not happy about charging us for a room we would not be using. He showed a lot of care for his guests and I am really grateful for this.

He had a great room on the top floor. Unfortunately the wifi connection did not work as well up there.

Room too hot to sleep. Had to keep the window open with loud street noise until 0230 in the morning on Saturday night. Had to turn off the radiator.

Everything was great - clean bathroom and sheets, comfortable elevator, nice location. The property significantly exceeded my expectations.

Room was a bit older. No AC so we had to open the windows and it was noisy.

It was very clean&has everything you need. Communication us difficult if one doesn't speak spanish, but somehow it all works out. Be aware it's the city center&placed on a very busy street. It's very noisy&thin walls! Have earplugs handy. Host&cleaning staff are very kind!

Loud street

When I arrived, the clerk wasn't there so I had to call him to come check me in, first time I've encountered that but he was quick to arrive. Great location in Oviedo: closeto park and tourist attractions

Central location close to parking and the old town

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is near the centre and has a cheap deal for guests at a nearby car park.

The room was very noisy. You could hear every single noise from the bathroom and bedroom next door. Our bathroom didn't have a window or extractor fan.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Our host happily accommodated our last minute changes (we added an extra person) and our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room also had a nice city view. We would definitely stay here again. Nearby San Francisco Park was very nice.

Suficiente para un par de noches. Había parking posible por 10€.
