Hotel Castro Real

The room was spacious and we had a nice window to ventilate the room. Our room was comfortable for the two nights we spent there. We could park the car in the parking area for 11 euros a day, which was nice.

The hotel is a little far out from the centre so we needed to catch taxis since it was raining, but otherwise we loved it.

Very good location, friendly reception staff, very very clean and very quiet. Comfortable bed and good facilities.Everything you need for rest.

We liked everything

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous and they spoke English very well.Breakfast was good value.

Nothing!

The staff and the commodities

The location, it is a bit far from the center, the good is there are buses and every 15 minutes to the city center

It was modern and comfortable.

I initially had problems figuring out if I could regulate the room temperature, but otherwise, all was well.

The room was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. The bed was ok.

The area of the hotel was unremarkable, and a 25 minute walk to the centre of Oviedo. The walls were not fantastically insulated so it was easy to hear your neighbour.

Good, clean, comfortable, great value hotel in a nice safe neighborhoodLiked · This is a pretty standard hotel but in the tier of comfortable, convenient, good value hotels in Spain. It is very well located in a convenient neighborhood with good access to the highways. They offer breakfast and there are many places around for coffee, beer or food.

The street where it is located is pretty narrow so it is not easy to stop your car to do the checkin. I didn't have a car so I didn't ask if they had parking space but it would be convenient as there is not so much parking space around.

Room was clean and decent size , breakfast was varied and delicious beds were comfortable

Everyone was very attentive . Breaks fast is delicious and variety . Very centrally located to restaurants within walking distance . Room always clean and comfortable.

A lovely clean hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Not too far from the centre.

Bad

I need the invoice of my booking, I contacted the hotel several times and no one ever answered me. This is a bad service,

Good price quality ratio, clean, good WiFi, nearby supermarkets, free parking in the area.

The bed was a bit small for two thin people. The single long pillow for the entire bed made things worse.

This is my second time around Castro Real , this is a very convenient , confortable friendly accommodation , an outstanding staff, excellent breakfast , close to center , parking although you add on to your booking is very accesible for an small daily fee, clean rooms good hot water all the time..

I can’t think of one

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were excellent...

The car parking onsite is extremely tight but this is the nature the area, there is little or no on street car parking...As the area is residential with a high proportion of flats...So the car parking is limited to the size of the hotel footprint and down...

Location in local neighbourhood with local bars restaurantes and supermarket across road. Quiet neighbourhood. Parking option good, 20 minute walk to old town. Good shower heat and pressure.

Placed in room opposite lift so had people talking outside room. Not much sound proofing from other rooms, voices and dragging furniture late at night and 9am in morning.

Quite clean even if small room, nice bathroom.

We had an excellent time at Hotel Castro Real! The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious with nice views of the street below. Great location, too, near parks and restaurants!

The WiFi seemed slow and inconsistent at times.

Nice, decent sized bedroom, very comfortable bed, very clean too.

I wished I had a few extra pillows.

Carla, the receptionist on check-in, was a delight.

The parking garage was a nightmare of tight tolerance. My Kia had to back and fill to make the turns entering and exiting. My stick shift made the experience even more exciting.

super clean and comfortable, very well located comfy bed and great shower

There was no water boiler! So we couldn’t make any tea or coffee in the room, It would be great to have a boiler, an iron and a small coffee maker in the room. staff didn’t speak in English
