Pros +
- - The price was ok for a budget hotel- It had a (very simple) gym - Approximately 20min walk to the city centre and to the Campo de Sao Francisco park, which is good if you enjoy walking.- The staff was very friendly and polite
- Neighborhood was good.
- The location, the staff was kind. It's a clean hotel.
Cons -
- I suppose one can easily tell from the room prices and pictures that Nap Hotel is not a 4-star hotel as advertised. With that said, all observations below take into account that Nap Hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel:- The breakfast was too simple. It certainly needs an upgrade- The uncovered car park is like a gated backyard that hasn't been looked after in a while.- My room had a faulty air-conditioning system. I spoke to the reception twice to get it fixed or move me to another room, but at the end I gave up. My room reached temperatures of 25C for 4 nights, which made it difficult to sleep. The staff member apologised and suggested that I could leave the window open, but I couldn't because of the street noise.- The shower had a fancy display with buttons and, supposedly, a radio. But they did not work. I only need a normal working shower, so it ended up being some unnecessary broken gimmick- The shower drain got blocked during the second half of the stay, so I would have to turn the tap off in the middle of the shower to let the water drain before continuing.
- It’s far from the cathedral. If you’re doing the Camino Primitivo, you need to walk more than a mile to get to the starting point. It was priced for that they offered. Room was dark.
- Beds are too soft and breakfast was mostly pastry and cold meat. Healthier food would be appreciated.

The location, the staff was kind. It's a clean hotel.
Beds are too soft and breakfast was mostly pastry and cold meat. Healthier food would be appreciated.
All facilities were there, place met our expectations, plenty of places nearby so location good. Shower good and the room was spacious enough for us, 2 adults.
Not sure if there was anything as we were only there for 1 night.
Location was great! Quiet but near supermarket, laundry service, bakery, restaurant and more.Staffs were super nice! Room has safe, big closet, window with a little mountain view and shower was great!
The breakfast was exactly the same everyday for 28 days we were there. Too many sweets with no egg, vegetables or any hot meal. People constant smoking in their room or lobby.
The location is good and the hotel was clean.
However, the room was very warm, the staff started cleaning very early and we could hear everything so we woke up earlier than planned. On Saturday the breakfast is until 10am which is very early and you are obliged to include it in your booking. Overall I paid 100€ for six hours of sleep. I don't recommend it.
Room, bathrooms, breakfast.
Everything was really good.
The price was good and the beds were comfortable. The location was within walking distance of most of the sights to see.
My pillow was very stained, but the staff quickly remedied the problem.
beds were comfortable
kind of old furniture, problem with the Shower and breakfast with no many options
Location and price
Not enough hot water
The only thing I liked about this hotel were the staff, who were friendly and efficient.
This is a two-star hotel with a four-star rating and charging far above the value delivered. Seriously, I have stayed in two-star hotels equal to this in terms of comfort and facilities. Not a single electrical apparatus in my room was plugged in. The room's mini-bar was not only unplugged, but also empty! The shower-cum-whirlpool tub in my room was very old and leaky; the shower doors did not close as they should have. The room safe did not work. Some of the clothes hangers in the cupboard were broken.
Good location and good breakfast.
The price was a little bit high.
Nice room.
Breakfast area was a bit too crowded with tables and chairs. Breakfast was average.
The staff were extremely friendlyThe bed was really comfortable and the room very cleanHad a spa shower/bath which was fun to try. The hotel was perfectly situated and near the bus and train stations also 5 minute walk to the Football stadium which was perfect as we were there for the Oviedonv Tenerife match
There was nothing we didn't like
Hotel is nice, a bit okd fashion but location wise is good. Parking is located walking distance from the hotel and it is for 5€ a day.
l highly suggest a customer service skills advanced course to this hotel. The breakfast is ONLY until 9:30 which is ridiculously too early so when they asked us which "slot" (yes....they divide you in slots) you prefer we decided the last one from 8:30am to 9:30. Unfortunately the next morning we woke up at 9:15 and by the time we came down it was 9:40. The lady told us we couldn't make any breakfast as the time was over. Breakfast was included in the price and we could not get a refund as it was our "fault", but l expected that as l was also expecting the lady at the reception to offer at least a coffee considering our lateness (10 minutes) after the ridiculous ending times set by this hotel. Now l ask myself....if we were down at 9:25 would they kick us out after 5 minutes as time was over? This is simply ridiculous! we failed to get there on time .....that is true but we could not get the smallest coffee on the go and the person at the reception dismissed us with no empathy whatsoever.Due to this stupid rules together with the fact of an unexpected arrogance and lack of flexibility l highly suggest not to book at this hotel and look forward. Please do not reply with granted words like the ones already spoken.
It was a good option for the money. Option of parking for 5e, kind stuff and helpful.
It is already little bit older hotel so it may be visible in some parts. Breakfast is defined as smaller so you should not expect a great variation but you will be able to have a decent breakfast.
Nice and friendly staff. The room had a really good shower. Breakfast was simple but did the trick. €5 for the uncovered car park close by.
Very noisy location..about a 15 min walk to the centre / cathedral but plenty of bars and shops within the immediate vicinity. Great shower, washing machine and comfy beds.
No fan, air con or portable fan. It would make a huge difference on hot days as the apartment gets very warm
We're doing this review based on the price, not the number of stars. This is not a 4 star hotel, but is very good value for money. The Wifi was great, the breakfast was pretty good, the beds were very comfortable. The shower was good with good hot water. There was a desk to work at and storage for our stuff. We had an outside window, with a shutter, so the hotel was very quiet at night. The location, though not central, was pretty much 15-20 minute walk from almost anywhere in Oviedo.
The bathroom was not really really clean (it was fine for us). We were charged 5 Euro per bike to store the bikes. Given the price of the hotel we felt this was reasonable but it took a few days to get an answer from the hotel on this.
Contemporary hotel close enough to the centre with friendly staff
