Hotel Wolin

The hotel is great and has a lovely pool and sauna area.

Unfortunately there is no bowling anymore and aero hockey was down too. We also didn't see any info about the parking charge and at checkout we were asked to pay about 10€ per day + tourist tax (which is totally ok).

- we booked a room for 3 people, got 2 beds, after asking the staff we got 2 beds and one sleeping sofa we had to prepare by ourselves. Not enough towels, not enough bedsheets - we had to ask a couple of times. the smell was so bad in the entire hotel, it was dirty, couldn’t use the „wellness“, breakfast wasn’t delicious, staff was unfriendly, 17 euros for one night parking slot, all in all: never again. We just wanted to have one night with wellness but it was so stressful.

There was no one there, so I didn't even get the room. Pure chaos...

Terrible.

Terrible breakfast, everything so old. Don’t recommend it. Too expensive for this hotel. Why it have 3 stars. It looks like 1 star…

The location, the facilities

The breakfast area is not really clean, tables are full of bread crumbs. I have been charged twice for my stay, 1x via Booking.com automatically and one more time when I left. Still no refund in sight. Parking costs extra.

The hotel is well located to visit the town.

This hotel is past its best. Costs are being cut and it shows (the toilet seat it too small for the bowl and is a problem), the carpets are badly stained and the food in the restaurant is more suited to a canteen than a hotel.

Problems with electricity!!!

The hotel was close to the sea side. The Room was just beautiful! So big and clean and bright. The breakfast was very tasty. The hotel Has its own bar and restaurant and offers great ways how to spend your evening. You could play billiard, darts, table tennis and evening bowling. But the hotel was full with people and there was a queue

There were too many people in the morning for breakfast and the food just ran out and new wasnt brought in. And we were not there particulary late.Also the pool and sauna area were very cold and didnt look very welcoming. Would use renovation

24/7 reception. unfortunetly the front desk manager from 20:00 - 07:00 did´t speak english, spanish or german only ukrainian

very clean but not what I expected. thought we would be closer to beach and this hotel has no view. close to a nice wood but eaten up by mosquitos. because of covid we did not go to pool. we arrived at 1800 but got the last parking spot on the other side of hotel by the dumpsters. really no charm for all the beautiful buildings in northwest poland

Good choice for breakfast. Good beds and lots of space in the room.

The staff is not very helpful. Not interested at all. Parking not clear. A bit far to the center.

It has a pool, you can bring your pet and you can park your car.

- The staff was very unfriendly with a few exceptions (1). In a scale from 0 to 10 their service is definitely 0 customer oriented.One receptionist even ignored us when we were waiting in the front of his face at the reception for him to answer some questions that we had about the hotel and walked away.- We weren’t informed about the price of the parking even though we asked how much it was while checking in. The answer of the receptionist was “that’s okay, here you have the parking card”…When we checked out we were first informed about the price.- Even though we had the “don’t disturb” card hanging on the door, the housekeeping staff knocked the door and opened the door without even getting an answer from our side. We even locked the door from the inside and they tried to enter. And this every single day!- The receptionist at the check out didn’t ask how our stay was, she wanted to go straight to the payment, even though we were checking out at 11:00 (check out is at 12:00).When we told the receptionist about the things that annoyed us during our stay at the check out, she didn’t even care! Like said, the staff doesn’t care about the customer satisfaction.As a former Receptionist from several hotels, I can understand that you can have a bad day, but that doesn’t mean that you have to speak to your guests like they would annoy you, even ignoring them and not caring about their customer needs.I hope you improve your customer orientation.
