Due to winter . The bar was closed so we had to go for a 5 min walk into town which ended up lovely . So no points should be removed for that

The staff people were super nice and very helpful.The food served in the restaurant was delicious.

Room dated. Moisture on the wall. The pillow was smelling so much that we could not sleep on it. The air condition is still a mystery if and how was working. The room was smelling chlorine.

While we anticipated a simple continental spread, we were delighted by a vast selection of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and made-to-order coffee. The variety and quality were impressive.A special mention must go to the lady overseeing the breakfast area, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. She made us feel incredibly welcome and catered to all our needs with care and professionalism.Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay.

no elevator

Very convenient if you travel. Comfortable, clean, parking space secured, breakfast with nice terrace ! Immediately they helped me with my forgotten clothes, very professional and helpful staff!

I booked this hotel on the way to Naples. So we were passing through and stayed in this hotel for 1 night.The staff is very friendly. There is also a restaurant, where we had a very good meal. The beds were also excellent.In short, no negative comments.

A classic Italian hotel. All published pictures are completely true to reality. Large parking lot provided. Excellent food both in the hotel and in the nearby town. An excellent place to spend the night while traveling through Italy

A gorgeous villa with fabulous gardens in the country away from it all perfect!! There was a wedding there when we checked in did not interfere with our affairs Dinner there was very good and at cheap prices

Bathroom was very small, but this is to be expected in this area and for the price.

Difficult to find at night

Location, staff, breakfast, comfortable bed.

The walls are quite thin so we found it noisy as we could hear guests in other rooms coughing as well as noises from outside.

Staff was very helpful, good dinner at a very reasonable price.Beautiful grounds

An elevator would have been nice

Was very clean and had beautiful grounds. The breakfast was great and Bruna was amazing in her service. Maybe the lady who checked us in on Saturday could take some training from her. A smile costs nothing but means the world to everyone.

They lady who checked us in was not friendly at all. Very disappointing. Think she needs to find a job that does not entail customer contact.

Staff was great. Thank you Bruna for making delicious coffees at breakfast. The cleaning staff was also lovely.

Beautiful gardens, lovely staff, a nice morning breakfast, and air-conditioned rooms.

Compared to our stay five years ago, the rooms are starting to look run-down. ie. lots of scratches on the walls, peeling headboard and stool.
