Pros +
- Great breakfast at the hotel. Quiet location within walking distance to town and Aldi.
- it was all very new, clean, nice, has the easiest check-in machine I have used so far
- Terrible terrible! Arrogant and unpolite people and the bed were super uncomfortable. No clear communication.
Cons -
- The receptionist was a bit cold and I would say a bit unfriendly, partculary our German is not so great. A friendly smile always goes a long way. The property has a sauna, but no information on how to access and it was locked.
- When I asked per email about some lost items, I never received any answer. Even though the answer would have been negative (since I found them a week later). An acknowledgement as "we haven't found any but we will let you know if still something pops up" would have been nice.
- Everything was okay

Rosenheim hotel is a really nice place in a lovely location and nearby town is easily accessible.

Basic hotel, ticks all the required boxes on cleaniness, rooms and such. Nothing special, also not in location, but if you e.g. need a ferry a next day from Kiel, it does the trick.
