The accommodations and restaurant were excellent and the spa was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was bigger and noisier than I expected.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. It was amazing. The spa is fabulous - wonderful environment and great services. Don't miss getting a massage. The people are very responsive and helpful.

No air conditioning. Room was stuffy, felt dusty. No tissues in room. Did not have a coffee maker in room.

Room was large, amenities nice, dark curtains for sleeping, beautiful decor, elevator was great

Location is far from shops/town and slopes. If you don’t have a car I wouldn’t recommend. Interior is also not as new as pictures show, spa is small and not worth the €40 entrance even if you have treatment booked you have to pay entrance to use spa facilities. The only redeeming factor was Cristiana the therapist in the spa I had the best massage & facial of my life.

Very nice hotel. Clean and Good location. ample parking. friendly staff. great continental breakfast and even for those who like English breakfast. the food in restaurant was also good and value for money. I totally recommend it. thanks for everything.

The location of the place. The place itself , the exterior part near the pool.Breakfast was very good.

There were groups at the hotel, so dinner was only a very limited buffet.

Not much really, but if I had to pick one thing, the breakfast was decent.

I had a highly disappointing stay at Sport Village Hotel & Spa, marked by several significant issues. The air conditioning was set to heating on a warm day, making our room uncomfortably hot at 24.5°C, and the only solution offered was to open the noisy windows. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the room's aged and deteriorated furniture did not match the advertised images. Customer service was poor, with the front desk showing little interest in addressing our concerns, and to add to our dissatisfaction, the pool was closed. Furthermore, a discount promised for the air conditioning issue was not honored at checkout, adding to the overall frustration of our visit.

Family friendly and staff wonderful!

We chose it as my son loves swimming and there were two advertised - neither of which he could use. He was gutted.

No discount at spa if you book thru booking or other agent. Booking your stay directly at same price gives you discounts. And they tell you at spa :( ( not nice on brokers)

I liked just about everything. They had even upgraded my room to a junior suite without asking for one.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave after one night. I could have stayed a lot longer.

Uncovered but private parking spot. Friendly staff was the best of my stay. They helped me with booking restaurants and various questions.

Breakfast was very disappointing. We stayed 2 nights and the first day of breakfast we had not many options: only a variety of cakes, no juice, no cheese and ham.

The hotel is not so far from the town Castel di Sangro (1 km) but my mother cannot walk so the staff was so amabile to take us and pick up during pur stay !?

Everything was very good the restaurant is very good. But expensive the hot chocolate at the bar. Then the restaurant was not open the Friday evening and Saturday

Building work / noise whilst we try to eat breakfast. Felt like we were staying in a closed hotel - yes, out of season, but at this price point totally unacceptable.
