Pros +
- not muchjust efficient stop over
- The breakfast was very good and the restaurant on the top of the villa had an excellent view, it was clean and the staff polite and helpful.
- The property was wonderful and we were very happy with our room and all services provided. The staff was very helpful as well
Cons -
- generally speaking place was not as finished as one would expect.paints on the wall faded, stained carpet, loose sink faucet. no place for soap or sample in shower
- There has been a little misunderstanding while we changed our initial booking from a 3-bed apartment to a 4-bed one. The desk maybe didn't make it clear to the staff who succeeded them so they called us to ask which was our apartment. But apart from this minute problem our entire experience was excellent.
- Transportation was tough. The taxis were a hit or miss and price was a big variable as they come up from Rome. The busses didn’t seem to hold to their schedule either so it was a little difficult visiting without a car.

Great location and gorgeous views. We wish we could have stayed much longer. The breakfast was fantastic.Everyone is super nice and helpful. One note: they only take cash!
There was plenty of space. interesting history
the facilities in the kitchenette were so basic it was not possible to cook. few items of cutlery and dishes. no soap or dish cloths.
The view and the cleanliness. The rooms were serviced well every day
The fact there was building works going on right outside our window and wilw us up with noiseThe lack of comfortable seating for guests in the terrace or in reception Wasn't clear there is a school on the premises which. Creates alot of noise and traffic in mornings
