Staff at check-in desk was great. Tidy hotel.

No parking was available, garage was full; had to buy parking on the other side of a small mountain. Would’ve like dinner, but had to go to a different restaurant over that same mountain. Didn’t buy the breakfast.

The room itself was very nice. We were on the upper floor, and it was quiet as requested. The parking garage is pricey, but worth it, because parking in Baden Baden is non-existent. Near downtown.

The check in and check out is a little chaotic. The way to get to the hotel garage is very congested, because there is another parking garage there as well. The room was very warm, but opening the window was too noisy.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Communicated very well. Reserved parking spot for us before we arrived. There are limited parking spots.

Room is a bit small, but bedding and bathroom amenities are modern and shampoo and bath gel are great.

Very small room, underground, no fridge.A paid upgrade was required for a small refrigerator....In the picture the room is much larger than in reality, I was told that all the rooms are the same size. There is no parking, even paid, at the hotel ,You have to walk a distance to an outdoor paid parking lot.not worth the price,except for the location.

Parking overnight was very expensive. No discount on other parkings in the neighborhood. Very little discounts on activities. Better to pick one or two and offer a decent discount than €0,50...

Location great walking distance to hike trailheads, spas and restaurants. Secure luggage storage lockers available after check out, room spotlessly clean, modern bathroom, decent hairdryer in room, bed super comfortable (better than German usual) and lovely Kevin Murphy toiletries and soft towels in the bathroom.

My room faced a road, so not the most appealing view but I wasn’t there in daylight that much. The bathroom was lovely and had great Kevin Murphy shampoo and conditioner, so I was looking forward to an enjoying a long shower but the water pressure was really low, even after turning off the shower eco setting so it wasn’t that enjoyable. Hotel reception staff member advised me a taxi to Baden Baden airport would be around €30, it was €60, so not a nice surprise, and I would have taken public transport if I’d known. Just little things which could have been better, but over all a good stay and brilliant location.

We loved everything about this hotel, the lighting and the details of the room, the bathroom, the comfort of the beds, the access to air conditioning in the room, the cool modern lobby, the extensive scrumptious breakfast and the location we’re all perfect.

Everything was perfect, staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is new, and the bed is comfy all in all, just perfect!!

Our stay in Baden-Baden was wonderful! This hotel boasts a perfect location, putting all key attractions, especially the famous Caracalla Thermal Spa, just a few minutes' walk away. We loved being able to explore the entire city center on foot. Getting to the hotel from the central station was a breeze, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside. The staff were exceptionally accommodating; they happily allowed us to check in early around noon since our room was ready, and even offered a reasonably priced late check-out. Overall, the value for money at this hotel is truly excellent.

While our stay was great, there are a couple of areas for enhancement. The room lighting was very low, and could benefit from being a bit brighter. Also, we noticed that the street-facing rooms were a bit noisier than those on the spa side.

Staff was really helpful, location was great, room was really clean and stylish.

Too few parking spots in the hotel, city tax added at the point of check-in (why can't it be part of the main process when you order a room?), most of the places around hotel are tourist places serving half the quality for twice the price. Room was literally below the ground level, so our view was as amazing as concrete wall could be. Still surprises me how hotels count two beds being one next to each other as "twin-bed".

We have beein to TRIBE before - so therefore we very happy and knew what we would expect...

For the first time we were in the minus 1 level with our room - which means the window view was straight into a concrete wall ....now view at all....and there was a horrible smell in the corridor coming from an old dust bag of a vacuum cleaner....but that all happened for the first time to us at this place.....

Friendly staff; location; hotel is new and modern

The room was nice, with a comfy bed and good location.

Due to there being no availability of luggage storage it meant that we were unable to store our bags and had to change our plans meaning the entire reason that we came to Baden Baden- we didn't get to do due to a lack of luggage storage. We were only in Baden Baden for 48 hours staying one night and planned to go to the spa on the Sunday (being textile free and when they do the soap brush massage) once we had checked out before returning to Frankfurt to fly home to NZ that night. Due to the lack of luggage storage availability we were unable to go to the spa and had to pay an extra $200 to change our train tickets to go back to frankfurt early (we didn't want to lug 4 suitcases around on foot all day especially when limited shops are open on sundays and this was our last leg of a 2.5 week trip around europe) Staff were not overly helpful when we asked if there was an alternative option for luggage storage and basically shrugged their shoulders and suggested we google it. (the only option we found was small lockers at the train station a 20 min/ 30 Euro taxi away that wouldn't fit a large suitcase and most were broken so unusuable so we rebooked train tickets since we were stranded with suitcases) This experience made for a really disappointing end to our trip and we were gutted not to be able to experience the Friedrichsbad spa.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is very well located, just a 2minute walk from Caracalla Spa, and close to the centre of the city which was incredibly convenient. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is amazing,friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay!

Such good value for money - beautiful modern rooms, lovely staff and a nice bar & breakfast downstairs. It’s opposite the spa which is amazing.

It is modern, very clean, and was overall well-equipped (there’s a good hairdryer, clothes steamer, kettle, nespresso machine) BUT no fridge. The beds are super comfortable, the staff are so helpful and friendly. The reception area is really cool and makes you feel welcome.
