Location, sitting on the Rhein but access to this hotel by public transport is not brilliant.

Limited choice of restaurants.

Disappointing

The place is new and nice, but the room services were not good. The tissue box and shower gel were empty. Please pay more attention to details.

The hotel is newer, clean and efficient.

The downstairs ambiance is a little sterile, not so warm and cozy.

Industrial look, well organised, clean, quiet, located on the Rhine promenade, parking garage, decent breakfast and the helping robot as a nice touch

No permanent staff at the bar or at the reception

I love the localisation. It is close to Rhein. I like easiness of the hotel amenities usage, free water, easy solutions. It is clean.

Breakfast is not the best point of this hotel. It is very basic.

It was a simple hotel. I liked the check in check out process. I liked the robot. I liked the rooms.

We weren’t totally sure where to park, we were quite nervous. It could say on the website or when booking through a third company about there being a multi coloured car park, and hotel parking is on floor 3 & 4.

Vere nice place next to the river. I stay here every few months and it seems to get better with time. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Everything ok.

Breakfast is the weakest point of this hotel. Yes, you have eggs, some sausages, cheese, bread, some coffee, but very basics and nothing special. No real choice of vegetables and fruits.

Lacks atmosphere. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No room cleaning unless you ask

The room was clean and the breakfast decent.

I did not receive a hard copy of my invoice. The desk manager insured me that it was send by e-mail but i did not receive one.

we booked this hotel for 2 adults and 2 children. we gets 2 rooms next to each other. in the room we had a door so we could go from room to room. so we used the 2 rooms as 1 big room. for that were happy with our stay

Great location right next to the Rhein, with super friendly staff and a lovely Italian restaurant nearby. Accommodation was super spacious and comfortable for families, provided by an interconnected room. The hotel used to have a pancake machine which is no longer in service, but at breakfast, the staff even made "pancakes" for my boys :D - absolutely TIP TOP service, it made their day - thank you!!!

Cannot think of anything I did not like.

This hotel is getting better. Rooms are clean, personnel is doing good job. The localisation is great, on the bank of the river. Good for walks, running or glass of wine. Breakfast could be better. 2-3 not bad restaurants very close.

Breakfast. Very basic choice of cheese or meet. Small choice of vegetables or fruits. at least coffee could be better .

Really nice hotel on the Rhine. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. A big plus is the free parking in the nearby multi-storey garage.

Parking was a pain, the beds not the most comfortable and the bar/reception staff weren’t the most attentive. It shouldn’t take literally 10 mins to get served at the bar when no one else is waiting.

Location is good for work perspective

Blood stain on the sheets. Noisy air conditioning. Bar is not staffed.

Free parking in the parking house. Self service by check in. Room is small but cozy. Location right by the Rhein river.

Good location. Breakfast okay.

Very small room. No space to lay out clothes. No staff on arrival. No-one to assist with luggage. Everything done by touchscreen, totally impersonal. Car park for hotel on 3rd floor of multi-storey with no lift. Left after 2 days of 4 day booking.
