Friendly staff, smart usage of a small space in terms of furniture.

The soap dispenser is very inconvenient. You can only take huge amount of the liquid soap and it's dripping all over the bathroom.There is no aircon in the rooms, so to keep it ventilated you have to open the windows. But the road next to it is quite busy. And the rain drops on the metal roof is making a sound of drums the whole night.Overal quality-location is not very high. But the price is also not too high. So it's fair deal in the end.

There were also no appropriately placed outlets to plug in a fan or other devices, which was highly inconvenient.Furthermore, the breakfast did not meet expectations, especially at a price of 17 euros. The quality and selection did not reflect the value being charged.

It was close to the venue

It was spacious and cute. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast and a nice Italian restaurant nearby.

Overpriced.

We stayed for two days and it was different from what we thought. The carpet in the room was dirty and old, the toilet and bathroom were very small, and the breakfast was ordinary.

Bed was comfortable,and the room was very big.. location was quiet. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, a very good buffet

Everything was good, staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming but we were in Germany after all.

Breakfast was OK, enough options.

The room cleaning is done only if you ask for it. They do not collect the trash if you do not ask. We had an electric heater all the period. At the reception was a little difficult to speak english, only german.

We were welcomed friendly, enough parking spots to park our car.Restaurants are nearby, 5 min walk. Quite easy to drive to and from Köln. The bed was clean, it smelled clean and the badroom was clean as well.

The room was old and facilities looked a bit old. There was no air-conditioning, to cool the room there was a old fashioned fan.

Clean, comfortable room. Great location-close to bus service to town or train station.Friendly, helpful staff.

Good that the breakfast items were marked showing what is offered. This is extremely important for some people. Especially vegan, vegetarians and kosher type of food. Personnel is helpful and polite. Available parking contributes to choosing this hotel.

Our room floor rugs were very dirty and smelled so we had to open windows to survive. An under average breakfast could be better, however this is the choice of the owner.

No kettle to boil water and shampoo/shower gel from bathroom was barely filled. In the evening hours a cockroach fall from top of wall on me

Nice chain hotel in a small town. Ideal location between Cologne, Dusseldorf and Aachen. Room as comfortable for a short stay. Restaurant attached to the hotel was very good.

Have to close the windows because of talking smokers beneath the window. No climate control system.

Great stay. We were biking so really good storage for bikes overnight. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
