Great service, the lady was kind and very helpful as well as friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast good.

I went to Monterotondo for a wedding, and the customer service is INCREDIBLE! Such nice and caring people that helped me a lot. Thank you Elenia and everyone, you're a 10/10. You really make people feel like home, and make the place something really special.

Monterrotondo doesn´t have taxi drivers and to get into Rome was a bit complicated as taxi drivers need to come from Rome to pick us up.

The staff was extremely nice, as was the accommodation. Breakfast was complimentary for the first couple hours of the day.

Very far from city center (Rome) but it was a very nice small town to be in

stange that women cleaner knocked the door around 8.30 of morning and woke us up,and told that she is cleaner,which made us veey upset because we sleeped late and it was not nice.

I had no other choice. the hotel I booked canceled my booking and this was last minute.

the location is too far from central rome and any transportation that can get you to and from. The stairs to the room and how the rooms are organized around the block was very difficult. they offered very small room as small as a grave,which can barely fit the bed. very difficult to fit a person! then they took us around and again via difficult stairs with luggage to another room which was not much larger but at least with a window this time. the queen bed is two single beds attached together when you roll over you just fall down in the whole in the middle. very expensive for this level.
