Quality Hotel Green Palace

The location was OK, breakfast tasty, staff friendly and very accommodating

The street noise was annoying. Apparently the windows are not isolated enough.

Location great on main floor. Staff ok, not very hospitable.

Heat/air in room was not controllable. Same with hot/cold water for shower. Room was very nice and decor of room and hotel were great.

Location was excellent, rooms comfortable and clean

Breakfast was OK but scrambled eggs and bacon were always ice cold.Reception staff not very welcoming.

We ordered the room at 22:50, after a different hotel was overbooked and there wasn't a room available for us. The hotel prepared a room for us in 10 minutes, with no extra cost. The extra bed was ready, and there were plenty of towels. The room was very very clean. The staff was super friendly accepting us in the middle of the night, and they offered us a coffee and a small breakfast before opening hours of the complimentary buffet. The parking is free and great.

The room was facing a road, and it wasn't very quite. We didn't mind.

Suitable door purpose and clean.Free and available parking.

Wifi worked for about 2h and nobody was ever able to fix it.Location not the greatest. No socket near to charge your mobile.

The hotel is quite close to the highway which makes it perfect for a night on the roads. There are restaurants nearby.

The breakfast wasn’t so good.

This is a typical business hotel with standard rooms. Location is along main road, but with useful free parking

Breakfast is definitely to be improved in quality. On top it is necessary to remind customers to use the mask when they are taking food from buffet

Staff was helpful.

Breakfest was a bit dull and primitive. I usely prefer salty breakfest over sweet one. So I hoped for a bit more variety.

It was clean and tidy.

There was no AC working, even complaining a few times they kept saying they would fix it for weeks but nothing. Temperature outside was 29⁰C during the day and in the room was 26⁰C. They even said to open the window, which I did and the room got full of mosquitoes straight away.Breakfast was very poor in terms of choices, very basic. The 75% of the staff was either rude or not really trying to help to say the least...

Modern hotel with clean bedroom and bathrooms

The shower had a lot of temperature variation. Sometimes it was suddenly very hot or very cold. Also my window didn't close properly so there was a lot noise from te street coming in the room

Very clean, tidy and quite. Perfect for a stop over for a night with private parking on site.

It was 10 min away from the train station but 30 min away on foot from Aviomar Training Centre.

The room smelled funny and I couldn't open the window.

Nice place to stay in Monterotondo, I strongly suggest to rent a car if you need to move. Taxis are super expensive and

Excellent location

Small portions of fruit.
