Staff, great breakfast, secure parking, location.

Everything. The staff were exceptional the restaurant was 5* for breakfast and dinner. One traveller is disabled and nothing was too much trouble.

Watch out for headroom in the garages, boot hit roof when opened.

Very comfortable rooms and secure garage to park your car overnight. Breakfast was excellent.

Bar was closed when we arrived and as it was a Monday there was nowhere else open in the small town.

having two floors in the room was great, my 5 year old loved exploring. Nespresso machine with loads of snacks provided and just a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff were amazing, even when you check out they give you a lovely box of biscuits and a free drink in the bar.However the best thing is the breakfast. I have stayed in countless hotels in my time, this breakfast is on a totally different scale. Salmon, Parma ham, a vast choice of breads, just everything was brilliant. I'm coming back this was from the UK in a month and no doubt will stay here again.

Great location, the rooms were perfect, nice friendly lady at the reception upon arrival. And a superb breakfast. Not to forget to mention the parking facilities at the hotel.

The restaurant with only one very expensive menu on Saturday evening.There’s no choices one can make, no other meal options. That was very disappointing for us.

Arriving by car was very difficult and very poorly signed. The reception personnel was un friendly. The restaurant was closed completely. For a 4star hotel totally unacceptable.

The room and the breakfast was excellent.

We couldn’t enjoy the terrace of the room because it was full of spiders and cobwebs during the evening due to a lot of small cavities in the ceiling. Also terrace floor was very dirty when we arrived.

The restaurant was fully booked both evenings. Probably very good, so please book well in advance of your stay.

Newly constructed, modern hotel at a very central location with one side of the hotel looking onto the dune area (while the other side unfortunately looked onto a construction area). Parking lot free of charge and coffee machine at the room was nice to have. As others already mentioned: breakfast was very good and if we would have had good weather, we could have had our breakfast outside facing the dunes…nice!

The parking system is indeed quite ‘challenging’ - especially finding your way back to fetch the luggage and at the end not forgetting to return the key for the garage box (as we did). As for the bathroom I found it somewhat annoying that the full bright light automatically switched on once you had to go to the toilet during the night… And I was not very happy with the size of the pillows - one pillow seemed too small for sleeping, two not comfy…

Check-in was quick and fuss-free. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Free water refill was a great bonus, especially during a hot day going to or coming from the beach. Relatively new, clean and modern interior. Breakfast was indeed exceptional and worth the value of what you paid for (yes, we chose this hotel apart from the location convenience and free parking but also based on the high reviews on breakfast offer). Lots of choices! Wish we stayed longer so we can try everything out :D Love the concept of Lazy Sunday and all the freebies (welcome drinks, "koekjes", walking tour in the backyard dunes, thank you snack at check-out).

After checking all 3 machines spread across the area and finding no hot choco option on them, we had to ask whether hot chocolate is also on offer. Apparently one has to choose warm milk from the machine then go try to find where that 1 box of Nesquik choco powder is, as it is not next to any machine. One should come very early (which is not for everyone of course) as it can get crowded and busy an hour later after opening. There was a lot of people waiting at the door as we get out of the breakfast area (entrance was narrow). In case they could not expand, hope management could come up with good planning to accommodate all the hotel guests first as well as external guests in case everyone shows up at the same time and decide to enjoy their breakfast nice and relaxed. People come to the coast anyway to spend a day or more stress-free :). Superior family room is quite on the small side, just a double room with a sofa bed made up so the space for moving around is limited. Room has only 2 chairs as the sofa was used as a bed, we had to bring in and fit the terrace chair (no, we prefer not to sit on the clean beddings :) ). Upon arrival, we had to ask for extra 2 glasses for the free bottle of water as we booked for 4 people. Towels and beddings were for 4 people though so still ok compared to some hotels offering their double rooms for 4 people & completely miss updating everything from 2 people to 4 and it is often annoying to spend time asking several times and wait for the necessary update when you just arrived tired from travelling.

The property is new , modern and smart but currently lacks any real ambiance. The staff were excellent and the room was spotless. As a last minute booking it was excellent value

The pillows in the room were uncomfortable- too hard . Also being new there is no real light over the bathroom mirror. Unfortunately the excellent breakfast was spoiled by the mixed fruit bowl which was fizzing (off) It was quickly changed

The street infront was still a building site, otherwise everything was perfect;Breakfast was always very crowded with people, maybe due to the good quality of food?

The breakfast, best I have ever experienced! Room was spotless and comfortable. Great in-room coffee selection. Highly recommended.

The staff treated me as solo traveler as less important.

Breakfast & location was great. Shame about the outlook where building work was going on. Would have been nice to have been told about this beforehand. Heating very complicated to work out.

Parking very complicated and too expensive. Should be included in price of room.
