Hôtel Spa & Restaurant - Son de Mar

Wonderful staff both at the front desk and the restaurant. The location is in very close proximity to to a beautiful beach and the town though tiny offers a wonderful array of of restaurants and beachside activities. The «  brutalist » exterior of the hotel doesn’t do justice to its interiors that are decorated simply but tastefully . The rooms are large, very well equipped with very nice amenities, the beds in particular were excellent . I would specifically like to mention how wonderfully helpful the front desk manager Victoria was, arranging car rentals, and helping us with restaurant reservations, and more importantly with general advice as to where to visit. A special mention goes to Etienne, the restaurant manager who was full of restaurant tips and interesting conversation. We were really made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely quiet boutique hotel a 2 minute walk from the amazing beach. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Dinner was really good

The hotel is very close to one of the best beaches in Corsica, in a lovely little village. The hotel is very relaxing and minimal. The rooms are big, clean and with a terrace and all the facilities. The staff is very welcoming, kind and ready to help at every hour. The restaurant is also good and there’s a free parking right in front of the hotel. Overall, a very good experience.

Well located next to the peaceful beach that is accessible on foot. Spa was awesome. High quality restaurant.

Impeccable design, beautiful details, from their branding to every corner of the hotel and restaurant. For industrial style lovers, it's a gem. The area is also so nice to walk around in. There's no garden or any space outside, but the beach is a few steps aways, and it's a huge natural beach.The restaurant is also a must try - delicious and reinvented beautiful dishes

The.rooms are extremely clean and provide nice space. Great location to neighboring restaurants and cafe.

The only issue was the air conditioner could have been a bit stronger, but this definitely is not a deal breaker. Very pleasant stay.

The location is beautiful, and the bedroom was super comfortable. The breakfast was delightful, and the restaurant was outstanding. This stay definitely exceeded my expectations.

Outstanding hotel; the staff went the extra mile , the food was delicious and the spa facilities and treatments fantastic. The rooms are very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Very peaceful surroundings with the nearest beach 3 min away. Not to miss!!

The turkish bath/hamam did not work really well. But this was a free option for reservation, so it really wasnt a big deal. The hotel itself and the other services are perfect!

Housekeeping could have been better. Water, loo roll and dirty towels weren't always replaced.

Very nice hotel next to public beach. The staff was very kind. The hotel provides parking for guests fo free.

The hotel's exterior somewhat brutalist in style doesn't prepare you for the warm surroundings inside. The front desk staff, Natalie and Marie in particular, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, assisting in everything from choice of beaches to car rentals. The breakfast choices were plentiful and reflective of local products such as wonderful jams, charcuterie and cheese. The hotel is located 100 yards from a wonderful mile long beach that features one lovely restaurant, Le Cabanon Bleu, but is otherwise beautifully wild. The street the hotel is on features a number of restaurants from simple to haute cuisine, a delicious boulangerie, a butcher/deli offering local products, a bar, and a number of typical seaside shops. The rooms were quite large and well air-conditioned, the toiletries were of high quality, and the service excellent. The entire staff, especially the front desk went above and beyond all expectations, and we were quite sad to leave at the end of our 8 night stay..

Exceptionally clean, hotel that has only been open a couple of seasons. Reception staff were ultra helpful and friendly. Our room was small but very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not amazing.

The Spa is very small, no more than a couple of treatment rooms, a plunge pool and a steam room. There is no other pool on the property. It is certainly not beachfront, one side faces a car park and the other the Main Street. The beach is only 100 meters away but you cannot see it from the hotel. In fact, despite being surrounded by expensive holiday homes and villas the centre of the village is a complete dump, with the hotel being its only redeeming feature. Shoddy buildings, many shut down businesses - not a pretty place at all. We won’t be returning.
