Cons -
- Would be nice if there was another small bar to goto . The main bar was packed and it was too cold to sit in the lobby
- The boil water notice was somewhat off putting. Finding the reception for the main hotel was an endeavour in itself in the dark. The cook to order breakfast was lovely the first morning but it was not available the second morning and I thought that breakfast was poor.
- Very busy reception area for check in. Not really a lot to do at the hotel and quite overpriced for what it is.

The hotel is beautiful , really enjoyed stsying there, had a good sleep, the rooms are very warm and cosy , we stayed for a wedding and the food everything was tops
it was all nice
Breakfast. Staff and the location is absolutely stunning
Amazing food , drinks and live music
Bad
Bathrooms wore filthy ,Every toilet and toilet seat was stained ,Some of the staff wore quite rude ,Rooms wore not clean, Grout coming of walls in the bathroom ,Cobwebs in the bathroom ,Lamps in the bedroom didnt work ,Very little lighting in the rooms ,Bath was filthy and stained and came into a dip on the middle of it when u tried to use the shower over the bath
During my stay, there was an issue with the water system. The water from the taps and the shower was quite dirty, which made it difficult to take a shower.Apart from this, the rest of the hotel was good. However, this situation was a bit disappointing, and it would have been appreciated if guests had been informed in advance.
We really loved our stay at Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort. The room was beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable.
Lovely decorated and well maintained hotel, gorgeous scenery. Good value for money.
Quality of Guinness in the bar, we stopped drinking it… glasses were cloudy on the inside which suggests not effectively cleaned which can affect the taste. €14 for 8 chicken wings in the bar which we were disappointed with and felt was overpriced for small portion.
Hotel was in a lovely location and very comfortable ..Breakfast was really good ..Bar food available really nice..
Choice was limited if you staying for few nights as menu didn't change...No menus visible in foyer or outside upstairs Restaurant...
The hotel itself was gorgeous and staff very friendly. The food was delicious too. The grounds around the hotel are beautiful. The views are peaceful and theres a wonderful connection to nature.
The room was clean and food was great
No hot water for showers as boiler was broken and the Jacuzzi was also broken so I couldn't book it
The room was lovely and spacious, everything you needed. Lovely view from the balcony. Food in the lounge was very good and very attentive staff.
Requested an early check in, on arrival the hotel could not accommodate us that was disappointing . We would have liked to have been informed about the boil water notice before arriving, I think it's an important thing for guests to know. Water in the shower needs attention, mixer tap not working properly, water was way too hot or freezing cold, no happy medium
We stayed at Tulfarris Hotel in Wicklow for two nights and left feeling underwhelmed, especially given its four-star rating. While the room was large, comfortable, and well presented, there were some significant issues that impacted our stay. The biggest problem was the shower — there was no proper hot water throughout our visit, despite reporting it to staff. The water was only lukewarm at best. On top of that, the shower tray drained very slowly and required maintenance during our stay, which was frustrating. The dining experience was mixed. Bar food was fairly average, and breakfast was just okay. On a positive note, the restaurant food was excellent, and the staff there were fantastic — attentive, friendly, and professional.Unfortunately, the service at reception was disappointing. The receptionist we encountered at both check-in and check-out was not welcoming or friendly, which set the wrong tone for the stay.Overall, while there were some positives, the ongoing maintenance issues and lack of warmth at reception meant the experience fell short of what we would expect from a four-star hotel.

The staff are fab, the decor is lovely
Stanies on carpet & curtains, door pass key wouldn't work twice , no atmosphere or entertainment & the hotel was full so could have done with some sort of entertainment ,breakfast was a little hit & miss & not the staffs fault as it was busy.
Breakfast was excellent
Location of room.noise from golf caddy outside room.
Staff were incredible and good stunning. Overall a beautiful hotel
Our room was nosier than expected as on ground floor by a working room and our window didn’t close so was very noisy. We had a small baby with us so it was a little inconvenient
Big room
massage was mediocre for €165
Nice comfortable clean rooms.
Very small portions of food dishes in Restaurant. Especially for the price.
