Breakfest staff were very slow and unattentive. The shower head was broken, and we were unable to use the shower at all.

Lovely location Lovely bar & eating area. Lovely soft lighting and stylish ✨️ A nice little snug to sit by an eletric fire.Rooms are goodNice balcony view

Just a little dislike is while eating dinner there I felt like as soon as our drinks were finished the glasses were swiped off the table within seconds..I feel this is a bit rude especially when your in the middle of your meal, it feels like your being hurried up or prompting you to buy another.We did have a giggle about this as we could count down to when it was going to be taken ? That efficiency is unnecessary

Good size room. Comfy bed. Nice view over pond and trees despite being in town. Great food in bar. Great service in bar/restaurant. Tight but very handy car park

Elevator and size of room, bathroom and hot water.

The rooms are very spacious, which is a big plus.

The walls between the rooms are not that thick, so we could hear the television at the neighbors. Breakfast was simple, but for us it was sufficient.

Having the option of a toastie after hours is a great call. That is a very good service for people coming in late at night. And the toastie was very nice also.

Short stay, in and out. Everything was better than expected

Disappointing

It had less facilities than a premier inn for the price. Depressing room no water in room no fridge uncomfortable pillows . Not good value

Spacious room

First room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. We complained and reception kindly moved us, however the next room also had a faint smell of smoke too. Very strange. Overpriced for what it was - £150 for the one night, no breakfast, and the rooms definitely need updating. Plug sockets cracking/evidence of overheating, chairs heavily stained, furniture dated and peeling.

Amy is absolutely lovely lady. Ben very help full and very nice to he couldn't do enough for us.

Very disappointed the way rick just shut up the bar at 11.35 and it's 12.30 closing on Saturday nite. And no music on Sunday nite.?

Hotel was lovely staff pleasant room spotless bed comfy

The room across from us were smoking weed and our room was stinking very sickening couldn't relax or sleep well.

Room is comfortable and reasonably clean. We did not have breakfast. Staff were super nice! We were staying for a wedding nearby and was able to check in and drop our stuff to the room early.

Room is tired and dated in it's decor and scratched light switches and plug sockets and stains on the carpet. Someone else managed to charge their breakfast to our room. Wasn't happy about that but thankfully the reception staff cleared it up so we could check out

Rooms were clean and spacious and friendly environment food in Margo’s was very good

Late night room service meal deal was a let down for the price as it was very overpriced for a sandwich that was poorly made and a packet of Snax crisps instead of the keoghs brand that was stated on the menu breakfast was ok toast was burnt and some items on full breakfast didn’t taste nice and also had to wait 25-30 mins for it

Location, price, shower & excellent, professional and helpful staff

Delay in getting our dinner on first evening

The food was amazing, and the staff were extremely pleasant, especially the young man who served us at breakfast. He couldn't have done enough for us.

My only complaint would be to have voile on the patio door in the room for privacy.

Not told at check in that our room was over the ballroom, which was booked for a wedding ....would have requested another room ...Finally got to sleep around 4am.Breakfast not value for money, ...low quality ingredients Would not return

Easy parking good location for what I needed

Could use some touch ups curtain rail needed fixing light switch surrounds very scuffed

Location, cleanliness, good facilities, good food

Only two things:1. Cooked breakfast only lukewarm. Had to send it back. Then microwaved to scorching!!2. Exceptionally noisy bar!
