It was very nicely decorated

The leisure center was very busy so I didn’t get to use everything in the spa

Nice staff, good access and parking facilities.

Bed/pillows not the most comfortable.

Lovely hotel, clean with friendly professional staff . perfect sized pool and good bar food as well.kids club was interesting and jolly and the child enjoyed himself. The rooms where attached brilliant for the children .We ordered room service and the staff were so helpful and it was lovely given the time of night

It's hard to find fault but maybe better signage on the roundabout

Service in the restaurant could have been better.

Didn't make breakfast. Would've been nice if it went a bit longer. We had a late night & a later breakfast until 9:30/10 would be perfect.

my 2 sons left a charger and air pods, I called the hotel the next day and yes they had them and would leave them for me to collect. Very impressed impressed with this honesty.

time of Breakfast not great, we have 2 adult sons so getting up for a 9.30am last breakfast was poor, 1 guy couldn't eat. Food at dinner just okay, sent my soup back it was cold and calamari poor.

Lucky to find this accomodation during Galway racing season :-) Breakfast had many choices, friendly and helpful staff.Parking was very comfortable and available on site

Spacious room with large beds. Fully equipped gym (didn't use the spa / swimming pool). Decent restaurant for dinner. Large parking lot.

Breakfast was okay, but limited to traditional Irish breakfast only.

Large room, comfy large bed. They stored our bicycles securely.. Great breakfast!

No room fridge.Very slow service at dinner..Would have been nice to have more choices for dinner.

Dinner was good

Noisy bar area to dine. Lots of children running around hotel and wearing pyjamas in dining room at breakfast. No bottled water in bedroom and only toiletries provided gel soap on fixed wall pump. No face cloth or tissues either.

Everything the The spa on brilliant, breakfast was really nice and the staff are lovely everyone of them especially detta highly recommend this hotel nicest and helpful hotel team I’ve ever seen in Ireland ?? 5⭐️+

Dinner on the Sunday night and breakfast on Monday morning, tended by a really pleasant, non intrusive gentleman on both occassions

Warm & welcoming, spotlessly clean. Food in McHales was delicious & reasonably priced. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel, lovely efficient staff, great food, comfortable room.

Staff very helpful in every area bar, gym and Julie in reception is efficient and went to great effort to assist us. Best thing about this hotel is the staff. Food was good.

Room was hot and the bed was small for 2. Towels were tired and old. No water in room. Children jumping into the pool from the sides and pool was small and with classes going on the space was limited. No luxury feel whatsoever.

Very friendly staff throughout our whole stay. Sleep quality was very good . Rooms and hotel meticulously clean.Nice choice for breakfast and dinner was very tasty with a good choice of dishes. We were fortunate to enjoy live music during our stay. Access to Galway city by train or car is easy.
