Water in indoor pool was cold only 31°C that is not ok for children, room was not so clean:((

The breakfast was good, and the rooms were acceptable.

However, there were several important details that were not mentioned during the booking process. For example, access to the swimming pool required an additional fee. When I searched using the filters, the swimming pool was listed as included, but upon arrival we were told it was paid separately.

Resort facilities and lake setting. Breakfast was nice.

Carpet was dirty with spots. Motion light constantly on & off for the bathroom was slightly annoying.

The hotel offers a charming, peaceful, and beautiful view.The food is good, and the activities are varied.Clean and lovely.

Some of the staff members’ behavior was not very appropriate.There was a female employee in the restaurant with red hair — in my opinion, her attitude was harsh and impolite.She didn’t smile at the customers and didn’t speak respectfully.As for the rest of the staff, they were fine.

Clean, spacious room with everything needed for a great holiday.Great pool with equipment for kids/babies.Nice and welcoming staff.

Excellent Hotel. Spacious, family-friendly accommodation with beautiful lake views, great beach facilities, and healthy dining options. The area is peaceful and ideal for relaxation. However, the stairs and steep path to the lake may be challenging for those with mobility limitations, and a car is essential for accessing nearby amenities.

Overall, the stay was truly enjoyable. However, guests with limited mobility may find the stairs and the steep path to the lake slightly challenging. Having a car is also essential for convenient access to nearby amenities such as

Super nice and remote hotel with the most wonderful view. Bonus that the hotel has a great restaurant and really good breakfast. EV charging at a very low price.

Aproximety to the lake, but we thought the hotel had its own beach, unfortunately Hotel in 300-400 meters away from water.

Reception and Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. The apartment is great with a good view on the lake.

When guests arrived in the apartment above us, we had a lot of walking around sounds, which actually in my eyes makes the price a little too high.

It was over priced and blankets have bad smell and there is not any coffee or tea in the appartment

Quiet and beautiful, walk to water and sit on nice large benches in garden to take in beauty of area!

Location is great, you're directly at a lake.Rooms are ok, but nothing extra.

It felt like they charge you extra for everything. Swimming pool not included in the price in a hotel that has Relax in the name?Very unappealing restaurant menu with some questionable combinations.I also had the worst White Russian cocktail of my life in the neighbouring bar. Staff doesn't speak English well.I'm glad we only stayed one night here, it was very dissapointing und underwhelming overall, definitely not coming back.

The view to the lake from our balcony was nice. They provided a crib for our baby.The breakfast was ok, but nothing special.We stayed one night only and were very happy about that. Couldn't survive there more nights.

Totally overpriced for what you get.You have to pay extra 180czk for the pool per hour per person.No A/C in the room, we haven't seen this for years. So it was super hot and very uncomfortable even in night.The stuff in the restaurant barely speak Czech and they keep forgetting about your order. But when you finally manage to get it, the food is good.Spoiling vegetables at the breakfast.

Rooms are big and clean, smart T.V. , very close to the lake (you have great lake view)

The location at the lake is quite nice, the accomodation was quite OK, haven't used the spa area.

The breakfast was below average (especially for an additional price of 13 Euros per person), the selection of foods was really small and for example the breads weren't really fresh. The food at the restaurant average - not very special and sadly there was only a very limited selection on the daily menu and most of the stuff from the regular menu wasn't availabe (though it was already July).

Good breakfast, near lake, able to take ferry tour of lake from the wharf. Comfy room.

The breakfast was great. The nature around is amazing with great sunsets.

We booked a family room with a king size bed and bunk bed, but there were no pictures of the room on the website. So, we didn’t see that the king size bed is just two beds put together (two matrases), the room is very small and the „lake view” is a view to the building opposite the apartment. The second night it was super loud in the building because of other family kids. And in the morning they started mowing the grass, was very loud. It was impossible to use massage, everything was overbooked. We were lucky that we had a car, because if not - you have to eat either burgers for okay price in regata cafe or very overpriced food in another hotel restaurant. The wifi was also not working.

Fantastic location, right on the lake. Beautiful scenery all around. Lovely quiet roads for cycling.

When you sit in the chairs on the balcony the view is completely obscured. Taller chairs would be better.

Everything was great, staff is helpful and kind, the location of the apartment is beautiful

There was no owen, which is not a big deal, but at least a microwave would be good in apartments
