The pool was amazing and the centro benessere was wonderful (steam room, sauna, hydromassagio) The room was spacious with a comfortable bed Breakfast was delicious with lots of choicesThey allowed us to use the facilities prior to the check-in time which was really a plus!Gym was large and had all the equipment you could ask for!

Everything . The hotel is really nice and comfortable mattress, the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit too early and asked for us to check in before 15PM and lucky they have the room straight right way available for us, we feel so happy. The front desk staff that did my check in was very kind and helpful. We have two tiny dogs, which they welcome both with warm smile and this makes me feel home. I love the fact they have a gym and also SPA and salon for nails and a big parking space, amazing Swimpool anda stunning beautiful garden and surrounded by beautiful green. Which I feel happy to stayed and know there have everything we need. We extended the 2 nights to 4 nights which the third I book directly with them because my room was very comfortable and big , which I feel so happy to stayed extra one night before our departure to Rome. I will definitely recommend this hotel as a hotelier as well myself, I appreciated good services and true reviews

N/O everything was perfect

The breakfast was nice; the dinners were good; swimming pools are lovely; animation was good - dancing, kong fu, Nutella party, acqua gym. Staff were flexible - allowed us late checkout for free; gave us food to take to our room when they were very slow at serving; gym was better than many I have been to (I do weights and cardio). Farm was a good distraction for kids! Playground area nice for kids.

The service for dinner the first night was a bit strange… over an hour wait then they brought the Secondi and forgot the Mains. But the other nights dinner was good! Not being able to use card at the bar was limiting (cash only). Having to buy swimming caps was not ideal.

Great territory and quite clean

The hotel and facilities are rather old , so be prepared for 90’ vibe. It is very nice and very Italian though , we have enjoyed it !

Breakfast inadequate, AC was not on in room and took 15 minutes to turn on remotely. Initially a very shabby room was shown to me and then changed for a better one when I complained.

Evening meal , we asked for pizza , and the answer was they are not a pizzeria , even though the pictures on the advert showed children eating pizzas Very disappointing menu for vegetariansWe had to go out to eat

Very poor experience. Not 4 star. Avoid.

Poor value for money. Very old hotel. Not 4 stars at all. We checked in, got our hotel key, went up and the room was not cleaned. There was rubbish, unmade beds, stained sheets, etc. We went to reception to request a change, which they did and gave us a new clean room. However the new room was very old. There were three bugs on the wall, and the bathroom window was not frosted or had blinds. When we went to breakfast, they staff did not have us down for breakfast even though we stated at checkin that we had breakfast included in the room. The breakfast was very poor. Finally, upon checking out, the staff claimed we had not paid for our room, despite we did the night before upon checking in. The whole experience was awful. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

Price and location

We booked a room with a tub and got a shower with curtains. Our room floor had a slope in it and the bed was on this slope, thus had a inclined bed. Restaurant was closed and they had to open it for us because restaurant staff was busy with a wedding. Service was a bit rushed.

The place is a very large hotel with multiple buildings and lots of green areas. The breakfast was also great. However a bit too crowded and pricey for the rooms provided.

The rooms were really dated and many things were not working as they should have. Air conditioning was faulty and also the safe was broken. Our room had a huge part missing at the bottom of the door and you could see the light coming through in the middle of the night. Not to mention the state of the room and the level of cleaning which was not at all up to standard for a 4 stars hotel. The first thing you notice in this hotel is that the maintenance has not been done for several years and it feels more like a 2 stars hotel than a 4.

Large hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms with a balcony and exceptional amenities. Easy free parking. Lovely breakfast.

Breakfast, room and pool were excellent. The staff are excellent.

We didn't have a car so to get off site you needed to use a taxi or a bike. Taxis were not always that available. There were many mosquitoes in the evening and we suffered with this. Overall, no major complaints.

We needed a room on our way back to the airport in Rome. For that it fulfilled our needs. It was quite big and had a little balcony. That was nice.

The breakfast was quite limited and didn't have knifes before we asked for it. Just ham, cheese and some jam in boxes. No vegetables. We had ants in our room, and stayed in first floor. I couldn't turn off the air conditioner, so turned it up to 23 degrees. Woke up cold after it had turned it selves down to 21 degrees.

The room was excellent, good size with a balcony.The cold breakfast buffet was good but only cooked option was hard boiled eggs.The outdoor pool was not open (mid May).We were sitting outside the bar when interrupted by a loud disco being tested, with no apology.

The pool had to be paid extra. Child 8, adult: 15 EurosWe got a lane to ourselves from the hotel. So far so good.When exiting the oool there was no water in the shower!!! You have to buy a coin to use the water! (Gettone)- but nobody had informed us about this!Also there was no shower gel and Shampoo available! Would have been nice to know IN ADVANCE!

On the website they say they have more than one restaurant in the premises. When we where there we asked and they told us there was only one restaurant and we end up having dinner in the hotel canteen where they serve lunch and dinner for the full pension guests. We thought it was a proper restaurant but in reality the food was old and just warm up… disgusting.
