Nice staff, breakfast ok and room clean. Had a pool, but we were rushed for time, so never used It.

They Say nice balcone, but there are no chairs or any furniture. We wanted to drink wine on balcone, but no chairs! Bed a Little hard.

The room was ok, it was quiet, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but would expect more 'salty' things, it was mainly sweet.

Sauna didn't work properly (it had only 50 degrees maximum) and that wasn't problem only the days we stayed there, but obviously for a longer period already.

Staff always able to help with a smile on the face.Location was ok, 10 minutes by foot until the center.Hotel offered also a good breakfast and the spa area seemed quite ok.

The hotel was fine, but the rooms could be more comfy. Bed was ok and so the pillows, but could be slightly better.

Hotel is located not too far from Old Town, about a fifteen-minute walk. My room was big with a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water and had comfortable bedding. The A/C is not controlled in the rooms but don't let that bother you as it was plenty cold. You can always call down to reception and they will adjust it. There is secure underground parking with plenty of spots, great for motorcycles. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.

More outlets to charge devices. Restaurant is currently closed as of Aug 2025 not sure if and when it will reopen.

24/7 reception, friendly staff, modern, well appointed rooms, very clean.Good breakfast. Stayed for one night after a drive from Rome. Early checkin available and was much appreciated as we arrived in the middle of the night and 5 minutes later were in our room.

We had a very nice and spacious room. They have a lovely small SPA area with a gym on the top floor with a wonderful view of the nearby basilica. The hotel offered parking and the old town was a small walk away.

Clean room with all facilities, staff is professional and friendly, parking is private and very secure.

I would have liked the option to have a light cotton blanket available, as the quilted one provided was too warm for us.

Bad isolation between walls, we could hear easily the noise from neighbours rooms, water from bathroom, not comfortable for such an new and nice hotel

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely large rooms and bathroms. Vey comfortable beds. Plenty of parking in the secure car park. Breakfast was fresh and tasty - with excellent coffee.

Didn't like leaving.

Great spa area in the Penthouse with very reasonable pricelist for massages etc.

Noisy hand dish washing going on in the bar area 3m from us during the whole of breakfast.

24 hour reception, booked on booking.com at 10.30pm when our flight out of pisa was cancelled and we had to get to Rome. Instant reply to questions. Needed a stop off point to get a few hours sleep. Very accommodating for our very short emergency stay.

We didn't get to experience much of the hotel services due to our very brief stay but man on reception was very professional and answered questions re parking very quickly while I messaged him on our way there

The room was a good size with very comfortable bed and the hotel was conveniently located to walk and explore the city. The staff were very helpful and professional. The rooftop spa with views of the city was an added bonus.
