    Pros +

    • Wonderful mineral pools, quiet getaway
    • Location was perfect with free on site safe parking . Breakfast was really good The spa was very relaxing
    • The staff were always courteous, six pools (both inside and out), relaxing spa, cross the street to the beach, great restaurants in the neighborhood.

    Cons -

    • Confusion on where to get towels or robes whether at the spa or at reception ?
    • There were clear signs indicating that bathing caps were mandatory in the spa area, so we bought them from the hotel. However, we noticed several people using the spa without head coverings, and no one seemed to be monitoring it. I think the hotel should do a better job of enforcing this rule.
    • In a room near us, the people had a dog, which was barking very early every morning. We think it was being left in the room whilst the owners went for breakfast. It completely eliminated the possibility of us being able to sleep on undisturbed.

Superb breakfast, top class spa area, large outdoor swimming pool which was never busy, comfortable bed, clean and professionally run hotel

The Pool was amazing as was the Spa. However, they really don't tell you about the spa, which is a miss. Had we not met someone who told us about it and brought us there, we would have missed it entirely. The two small bottles of water every day were a nice touch.

The room we had really was tiny, the picture did not really show how small it is. Having said that, we did not spend much time there, but they could have put two chairs and a small table on the postage stamp balcony and it would have been nice.

fantastic spa with many different bathing/spa experiences, they allowed us to use it for free (better call), great breakfast buffet with home made pastries and tuscan bacon to tge eggs. no nearby restaurants in evening in winter, but 10 min drive to biier stadel. but very affordable off seasin. perfect hub for visting local attractions (grosset, roselle, maremma)

The indoor pool was nice and warm. Plenty of free parking directly outside the hotel.I only gave it a 6 because of the pool otherwise it would have been a 4.

The area is like a ghost town, nothing open. I guess it’s the time of year. There is nowhere to eat and the hotel randomly shut its restaurant in the night we stayed. No notice of this, we were just told at check in. Breakfast was awful. One of the worst I’ve encountered in a hotel. Very poor service. Very poor choice. They didn’t turn the toaster on so had to either wait for it to warm up (which it didn’t seem to want to do) or eat the rather stale rolls. Nothing else for vegans. Breakfast had been open for over an hour when we arrived so no excuse to not turn it on. To get hot water for tea was nearly impossible. The machine dribbled out water so slowly and I barely got a cup full after pressing the button 4 times. The orange juice machine dispensed cold water or watered down juice. The indoor pool wasn’t very clean - it had a lot of sand in it!!Room was too hot but at least the window opened. No kettle. Room was tired and needs a refurb.Nasty pokey shower cubicle with one of those stupid handheld showers. Cheap and nasty. The hotel didn’t feel like it was properly open. It would be better to be honest if they are not ready to receive guests at this time of year. Apart from the receptionist who checked us in ( he was friendly and helpful), staff and service were poor (pretty non existent actually).Rather disappointing and not much going for it,

Lovely room with two balconies close to the beach very clean

There were no robes provided in the room for the spa so we asked god two at the spa reception but we weren’t told we would be charged 20€ for the use of them!

The breakfast was awesome! It had many many varieties and very good. The staff attending to the guests during breakfast was very friendly, attentive and helpful too.

The location of TV in the room was inconvenient. It was fixed on the wall on the side of the bed which made us keep our head turned to watch the TV and caused neck pain! It should be fixed on the wall in the front of the bed.

    Everything was excellent, except...

Cleaning around pool, waterfall pedestal, backside garbage bins to be cleaned more often and thoroughly.

The hotel SPA are exceptionally well maintained. The pool is enormous. Access to both SPA and pool was available continuously throughout the day without the need to book in advance. The room was at excellent condition and the bathroom was also at very good state. Everything was super clean. The area surrounding the hotel was super silent.

    Nothing really.
