    Pros +

    • it was a newly renovated hotel with big & comfortable rooms. The pool would be great in the summer but we were there in winter time, so could not use it.
    • Beautiful location, decent breakfast.
    • Modern design, nice view, good breakfast

    Cons -

    • We booked hoping that there was a private sauna/spa, but there was just one tiny external hut with sauna (that was not working) and steam bath (working but had spider webs in it). The shower controls seemed to be broken. We were 3 people crammed in a very small space, so the "Spa" is not recommended for more than 2 persons, and it is not proper spa at all. This is a hotel to enjoy in the summer with mazing infinity pool, but not a winter location, especially given that there are real hot springs/spa hotels nearby.
    • No amenities in the room, nothing, no water kettle, no paper tissues, no water, just bare room. No hot water in the shower in the morning.
    • We booked a room and werent told at all that there are no windows and no balcony

Modern design, nice view, good breakfast

The rooms don't have air-conditioning (just heating), without a refrigerator and without some means to prepare coffee.

Looks very new and well kept. The rooms offer a very good size and are furnished with taste and the decor flows thoroughly. A great little retreat in the countryside of Foligno surroundings.

just perfect. stunning views from our room, the pool is great, the breakfast is amazing and the stuff is very friendly and helpful

the way to the hotel is a bit difficult. recommend to arrive when it's still light outside

Everything! The food was absolutely amazing, I’ve never had a better carbonara! The views are stunning, the wine was great, the pools were fantastic and the staff were so helpful despite not speaking perfect English they were happy that we tried to speak a little Italian and they were happy to try to speak English. The reception guys were amazing and did speak good English, but we weee happy to be the only English people there too!! Amazing place, hopefully we’ll be back!

Nothing really. The place is amazing. If anything a little more choice of lager/beer would be good, but I was happy with what I drank!

Perfect venue love it and the view amazing!

Gypsum between rooms and you can literally hear everything. The first night couldnt sleep cause the neighbors were talking loud, second night there was a party with fireworks till 1am, and someone was snoring next door so literally couldn’t sleep.

    Location is beautiful

Services in camera were not as expected (the phon and glasses were missing in the bathroom). Some personal belongs (a nag and a pair of shorts) were in the room. The room was a little anonymous (i would recommend some paintings on the wall to make the room more cozy)

The swimming pools, views, lovely staff and, the value and the exceptional food

Minor maintenance needed in the rooms but still loved the stay

Lovely stay at La Quercetta. There are two beautiful pools with sun loungers all round. The place was beautiful and peaceful - we didn’t leave the complex for 3 days. They had a great selection for breakfast - eggs and bacon, pancakes, croissants, hams, cheeses, cereals, tea, coffee and juices. The dinners were also delicious and you were seated in a beautiful glass enclosure looking over the town of Foligno. Also the rooms look to have been renovated, as they look better than the pictures online.

Nothing, we had a great stay. Would come again.

Amazing location. Beautiful view. Quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

They don't have coffee in the room. At this level of service, one would expect to have coffee in the room.

The position and layout is superb

The first room we were given was not up to standard. However it was changed in two days and everything was good making our stay there very enjoyable

Overall we are very happy that we choose this hotel. The location is amazing (car is a must) and the stuff are kind and really happy to help with anything. Would deffenetly reccomend to anyone who travelling Aumbria.

New, amazing location and view, good pools and rooms. The garden is immaculate

Still under development, the restaurant is somewhat understaffed and the lunch menu is minimal. Bathroom at the back of the house without a window/fan is not ideal

Stunning views of Umbria with two beautiful pools and amazing sunsets. The breakfast buffet was amazing with fresh fruits, hot foods, pastries, etc.

Service needs work, felt very understaffed and we were left waiting a lot for service. No towels provided for the pool.Menu could use more variety especially with the remote location, it would have been nice to see a different menu each day including breakfast so that you don't get tired of the food after a couple of days.Taxis to town were extremely expensive and felt like a tourist rip off. Best to have your own car but the roads are very narrow and steep and dark at night.

    10CodyPosted on: 8-12-2024

Rooms were modern, spacious and so clean. The grounds were absolutely incredible along with the two pools. Restaurant food for dinner was also amazing!

Air conditioner was a little bit weak for the room.

    8GiuliaPosted on: 8-10-2024

The spacious room, the location, the pools and facilities. The room was always cool thanks to the advanced floor cooling system. Great also to be able to access the pools without time restriction. The hotel is surrounded by olive trees and looks and feels a little paradise.

The breakfast: varied, but not high quality offering. Fruit juices likely to come from powder instead of being fresh or at least supermarket ones. Hams of very average quality. Surely not the breakfast we expected from a over 200eur overnight stay.. The always on repetitive music covered the magic sound of the natural surrounding.

    Insane views, very nice pools.

The aircon was a little too strong and you could only manipulate it to a certain point
