If you are here for the Holy House, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! It is right on the square. It's a bit oldish so don't expect the four seasons, but it is clean, comfortable, has knowledgeable staff and it's location cannot be beat!

Nothing, really. I'm not a four seasons kinda guy. I like clean, safe and comfortable and this place checks all those boxes.

Airconditioner was not working. The shower drain was very slow

Location, location, location. Can’t be better than. That’s all this hotel has going for it.The staff at the restaurant very nice, professional and helpful.

My Parents stayed here and they praised the property in every way. The location is unbeatable. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.

Excellent location for prayer. Once we found the elevator near the Basilica, it was easy to access a grocery store and Roberto's, for ? pizza.The staff helped us find a place to eat in the evening.

Excelent location, almost in front to the Basilica of Loreto. The staff was very friendly and helped in every question, even before our stay (thanks Ms Beatrice).The breakfast was very good also.It was a cold day when we were in Loreto and the heating was also perfect.Shower plenty of hot water.The only negative point is the lack of a power outlet near the bed. The only outlet was in the oposite wall.

Our bed was very hard.

Great location and wonderful breakfast - friendly staff!

This hotel is right in the main square, only about 50 metres from the Basilica. It's ideally-placed for people who want to spend time in the historic centre of Loreto and is excellent value for money.The staff are very friendly, rooms are traditional Italian-style. Very good Italian breakfast, with lots of choice. The staff are attentive and helpful. The restaurant caters in the main for tour groups, but when I enquired about dinner I was told that if I wished, I could also dine there.

Nothing comes to mind, it was ideal for me as a solo traveller. I felt very safe there.

Difficult to find inside the city walls, but we finally drove into the restricted zone a eventually found it before the reception closed at 11om, but the location in the plaza of the basilica was excellent. Walked the next morning across the plaza.

No electrical plugs. Had to plug my cpap into the bathroom outlet and sleep on the foot side of the bed for it to reach. One other plug to charge phones. Should skip breakfast.

Over all excellent! Receptionists are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thanks to Beatice, Andrea and Valero, also to the housekeeping lady, Patricia and to the kitchen/dining staff. Excellent location for me as a solo pilgrim. Quiet. Very good hotel for the pilgrims.

Breakfast is good with many choices. But I think breakfast should have a bit of variety. It should not be the same every day.

Beatrice at reception was exceptional helping us with hair appointments and taxis
