Clean rooms. Not the hotel but the Sanctuary, truly an spiritual experience.

Misinformed location, outdated rooms, malfunctioning AC, staff not informative nor helpful.

Was very warm in the rooms, no ac or fan and not possible to open the windows. The shower was just a little warm, did not get hot. The rooms are however very clean and welcoming. The building is charming with old character.

Unfortunately, the request for a later check-in was not fulfilled despite my attempts to get to the hotel after 10 p.m. I called the intercom as well as the phone given at the entrance. unfortunately, I had to sleep in my car which had broken down and was waiting for the service to arrive. I paid for the room via the app and the money was collected.

My roomers big. The building was large. The staff was very helpful. The location was fantastic .The price was excellent.

It is difficult getting in and out at night as the building is locked after a certain hour until morning.

Location was excellent. Personnel was amazing. I would recommend this motel. It is so close to the Holy House, I would totally recommend.

The hotel needs some updating, but the personnel and location is a total plus.

The receptionist was so accommodating, helpful, and cheerful.

I hear other doors closing every now and then from my room. It could be disturbing.

For a chapel, specifically a hotel chapel, the “chapelle” is extraordinary; simple, but noble and holistic in architecture and religious art.

While the room is large and physically satisfactory, the broken heater has failed to warm the room making it extremely chilly while sleeping during the night which made us sick the next day. There was even a need to cover one’s face because of the intolerable freeze.

Good assortment of cakes, croissants, toast, yogurt, coffee.

Very good breakfast and nice position of the hotel just by the center.

Walk distance for what you need to do. Comfort and cozy room, parking in the hotel with nice instructions from the staff. easy to find as they are in the main street outside walls.Didn't took breakfast.

Wi-fi signal was not very good from where we were.
