The location is excellent for me

I’m not happy with the lack of iron and the ironing board in the room. One has to request from the receptionist and it will take you up to 24hrs waiting for the iron. Check out time is 11am, I begged the hotel to allow me to check out at least 12pm but they refused.

Breakfast were good.Access to common area/Lounge were pretty good.Friendly staff.

Neither drinking water nor kettle were supplied.Too expensive laundry.AC control at reception.Transport Connectivity issues.Overpriced for its standards.

It was just great. This is a brand new hotel with nice and very comfy rooms, delicious breakfast and very nice and professional staff. Location was also excellent just 1 kilometer away from the highway. I will definitely be back.

Great location for a trip down the east coast of Italy to get to Brindisi easily the next day. Next door to a supermarket, so easy to get fuel and supplies. Friendly staff. Secure underground parking.

The sofa in the room was an outdoor rattan one.

Looks brand new. Very friendly staff. Good rooms. Located on a modern site next to a mall. Has a lot nearby. I used the hotel to take the ferry the next day from Ancona. Also plenty AC and DC chargers nearby.

No sockets in the room to recharge our devices and weird lights

We had booked a 'comfort double room' for two nights. We wanted to visit San Marino for a day on our way to Puglia, and the combination of a 4-star hotel with indoor parking and an on-site Tesla Supercharger seemed a good choice. The parking and the charging went excellent. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Because we stayed for two nights, they upgraded us to a bigger room. We later wondered how the original room would have looked because the room we got was outdated and certainly not 4-star rated. It was clean though and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was as may be expected from a 4-star hotel. The hotel is not far from the motorway. This makes it a good place for an overnight stay. The area features a Burger King, an Asian restaurant, a movie theatre and a big mall with a nice foodcourt, that serves good coffee. Nearby at the coast is the town of Fano. This is worth the 15-minute ride. With easy parking (april) and great restaurants.

The hotel is a typical business hotel well suited for conferences and seminars but I wouldn't recommend spending an entire holiday here. It simply lacks the atmosphere. It looks very sterile. The room we got was somewhat outdated and could use an overhaul. The restaurant was not very attractive, nor was the menu. The service was at best acceptable. The young lady did not give us the impression that she liked her job. The experience was a little depressing. We decided not to use the restaurant facility a second time. All in all, we felt, that the best thing the hotel - as a 4-star hotel - had to offer, was its front desk staff.

Quite good looking modern business hotel from first impressions. Very friendly front desk staff. Conveniently located near the Autostrada. Decent restaurant and breakfast. Good size free underground parking.

Dissappointed with room given. Quite small in size. Courtyard view depressing for floor two level. Not the best selection if you're trying to impress an overseas guest, staying for the first time.

Lacks character being ultra modern

Breakfest is perfect, typical italian. Room is nice & clean. Location is close to motorway, close to shopping centre and plenty of parking lots free.

It is a very clean Hotel. The comfort in the room is fantastic. I find the Director extremely gentle and professional.I really like to prize a structure with such a good level of service.

Location. Too far out of town which meant expensive taxis every day.
