Staff were excellent and the breakfast was really great, lots of choice. Beautiful old villa in a great location with wonderful views.

The air conditioning in the room is ancient and not very effective, given it was a very hot night I didn't sleep as well as I hoped.

Location was perfect, staff friendly and accommodating.

We weren’t expected on arrival. We weren’t staying in the main house as expected but a self contained apartment that had little facilities, uncomfortable sofa, poor lighting and AC. Breakfast was continental but uninspiring.

A great location for a fantastic old building. We had quite a shock when opening a door in our room to find that it led to the viewing gallery of the family chapel.

The WiFi was a little weak and the air conditioning could have been better but it was very hot

I left my night braces on the nightstand - a medical aid. They claim not to have found them. They probably just threw them away. After 2 weeks without them, a tooth broke on some churros.

Lack of Internet and no restaurant available in the facility. The pool was filled just half way but it has a great view.

Rooms were quite small, especially the bathroom which had the toilet positioned so close to the sink that it was uncomfortable to use. The fridge in the room was also useless. The Manor itself is beautiful but the rooms away are quite tired looking and bathroom was not clean (some hairs in the shower and corners looked dirty)

The breakfast was a good buffet with a selection of fruit, cheese, meat & cereal. Fruit juice and wonderful Italian Caffe !!

Pity the restaurant was not open at this location. The sister hotel about 4km away was excellent though.

Everything! Staying there was simply a dream! The location is amazing, the room was a gemstone, and our hosts, the wohle stuff made us feel better that at home! We spent three days of relax enjoying the place, the atmosphere, the peace, the kindness of people who took care of our stay and also the food

the staff were so nice, they agreed to reheat some food we had and to serve us some drinks we had bought because we didn’t know the bar was going to be open, but then we enjoyed the bar and the atmosphere at night.

it’s not that I didn’t like it, we chose it for a reason but something to take into account is the location, indeed we knew it wasn’t in downtown but the access without a car is kind of tricky.

The overall villa was really cute, we were staying for a wedding weekend and the party was at the venue so it was very convenient. Bedrooms are quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were really kind and waited for us to arrive very late at night, which was greatly appreciated.

Overall the bedrooms were very dusty and the bathroom seems very dated. The shower was not very powerful and didn't get very warm. Apart from the cleanliness the hotel was nice.

The Villa is outdated, our room floor was not clean and the toilette and shower were dirty although on the wc a paper band was stating that it was sanitized. The shower head needs replacement. The pool is very small and there is space for few people
