Central location, within walking distance to everything. Rooms are spacious with a separate seating space, and very clean. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Beautifully done, really well-located. High ceilings and very spacious. Easy to come and go. Very warm welcome including for our dog.

It was perfect for us.

Two big bedrooms with a large sitting room and kitchen if needed. Bathroom was modern and equally spacious. SkyTV was included which was great for winding down before bed. Breakfast was delivered to our apartment and provided a variety of continental options.

Breakfast was whatever one wanted and was deliveredto our apartment in style.The whole building and our apartment was furnishedin style with love and I would like to live there.

Parking can be a bit difficult. Free, but open spot can be challenging to find.

Everything including the delicious breakfasts was fabulous, I cannot say enough about our stay here, we would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. The staff are amazing. The location is brilliant. The rooms are beautiful, very clean, the size and decoration is gorgeous and the rooms are big, beds very comfortable, bedding very clean.

It’s location, service and comfort are second to none. Absolutely stunning property in the heart of Fano. Gabriella and her team are flawless and provide a service very rarely seen these days.

The location was excellent. The room was beautiful and we could sleep with the windows open which kept the room nice and cool.

Air con only in the lounge area which wasn't a problem for us as it was cool enough but may have been a problem had the temperature been higher.
