The hotel is located just 3 minutes walk from the beach. Fast check in, efficient and friendly staff. Good breakfast and even better diner.

Some noise from the top tower clearly heard in the nearby rooms located on the third floor. Noisy A/C but at this time of year it can be switched off.

There was some kind of entertainment at night and when I complained for the level of noise (we had to wake early the following morning) the staff did everything possible to help us but also not to stop the entertainment, which was great.

We weren’t thrilled from the food. The dinner was like buffet while the breakfast didn’t have a great selection. Other than that the hotel was a great place to stay.

We had a problem but the girl on reception was really helpful and friendly She sorted it and we were more than happy with the result.

The breakfast was superb c/w an omelete chef. The location is very good for a quiet holiday. For me personnaly the location was superb as it ws next door to the golf course.

All the evening entertainment was in Spanish.

Room is good, clean, there is dryer for laundries in balcony. Outdoor swiming pool. Near the sea. You can park your car in the street near hotel for free or in the hotel parking for additional charge.

Variety of food is very poor, plates and glasses are not clean, not as 4* hotel. Wifi is very very poor.

I liked the location and playground to children.

I don’t like the hotel hasn’t got any terrace to enjoy the dinner and breakfast.

The room we were given was very large, with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The rooms seem to be well-soundproofed. The beds were firm and comfortable. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. The food offered on the buffet for breakfast and evening meal was very good, with a wide range of options, for those with no food-related disorders. We were especially impressed by the service of Amadou, the chef, who ensured that I had gluten-free desserts, and Francisco, the waiter, who made sure that I had gluten-free options for breakfast. The hotel is close to a nice stretch of beach, with a lot of open leisure areas - about 5 minutes walk away. There are a few small shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. A car is essential to see the nearby region. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel, and would use it again if ever staying in the area.

The food, other than that on the grill, wasn´t labelled to show whether it contained gluten, fish, etc. No matter how helpful the staff are, it is annoying for guests to have to wait until one has time to go and fetch something for you. They are busy enough !!! Other hotel chains are now starting to label their foods properly, so I am disappointed that this chain has not modernised in this way. Almost 10% of the population, for example, have gluten intolerance issues.There were too many doors locked between various areas of the hotel. For example, at one point, the only way out of the bar onto the adjoining terrace, was by walking through reception, as all of the doors were locked. I saw several families struggling with children, buggies etc. trying to take their drinks, from the bar, out into the fresh air (not the pool area, which is rightly fenced off).I had to ask for a plug for the bath - I am unable to take a shower. There was a notice in the room to say that plugs had been removed to save water. This is a nonsensical gesture, as the showers adjacent to the swimming pool, outside of our room, were running continually, and hosepipes in use in the gardens were leaking - wasting far more water than I would ever use in a fairly small bath.

Really enjoyed our stay! Plus we got upgraded to a suite. Buffet breakfast with loads of choice. Reception, catering and waiting staff were lovely and really made us feel at home. Entertainment was good too.

Would have be useful to have water dispensers in the common areas. We had booked dinner as well and was surprised we had to pay for the water (usually this is included with a meal). We were upgraded to a suite, but the jacuzzi was not working :(

Needs some serious TLC. Furniture in room looked like it someone had used it all with a dart. Had a DJ playing ridiculous loud music in afternoon and up to after 11pm. definitely not for those who wanted a quiet time.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The food and drinks at the snack bar were very good value, tasty and available all day. The room was very big and spacious and we had house keeping every day. The pool area had lots of sunbeds available. There is daily entertainment around the pool, which at first we found a bit loud, but after a few days found ourselves enjoying and participating in the bingo.

Unfortunately the ladies working at the pool side snack bar could be quite unfriendly and rude. Even though we speak basic Spanish, we struggled every day to order things we normally have no issue with. This didn't get any easier throughout the stay and we avoided using the bar.The spa is very tired and expensive for what it is. A lot of the facilities are not working or unavailable, so we only used the (unheated) pool, jacuzzi and sauna and paid €46 for two people for one hour, including €3 each for a swimming hat.

Most cooked food for breakfast seemed chilled. (cold bacon ??) Some popular food was slow to be replenished.Shower Gel couldnot be used. Mattresses were awful. Lack of food labels on Desserts, also some of the salads had no list of ingredients. (Difficult for people with allergies)Lack of light in the living room & bedroom part of accommodation, made it impossible to read in the evening, unless sat on a dining chair. Air con was very noisy.

Friendly staff from reception to waiters, all friendly and helpful. Great rooms with comfy beds, (except pillows) Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Very clean and tidy. Good value for money on drinks. Plenty of food to choose from in the restaurant. The entertainment staff are very friendly, we just wanted more entertainment for adults especially on a Saturday night.

When I booked it says check in is 12, so we planned our journey accordingly, only to be told on arrival it was 2pm , we wasn't very happy at all and gave a bad first impression. The information on booking.com is wrong. We went to the pool bar to wait for 2 hours for our room. The weather was so hot we decided to change in the toilets and jump in the pool, kept our luggage by the sun loungers. The pillows are very flat and our first night sleep wasn't good. Asked for extra the next night. Saturday night entertainment not good. No entertainment for adults on a Saturday night.

The breakfast and the dinner were good.
