Staff very helpful. Big, clean rooms. Huge bed with lovely comfy linen. Breakfast was good value. Parking was great. Lift takes you straight to the garage, which has big parking spaces. No trying to manoeuvre tight corners!

Need to get a bus into the central area or a 35 minute walk.

The reception and restaurant staff

Probably everything else. We stayed in supposedly the "best room". The room was dirty and smelt horrible. The furniture sparse cheap and nasty.The curtains couldn't be opened or closed and had gaps everywhere.Even the bed sheets were dirty.We received half a toilet roll and a crumpled old towel. The lifts were filthy covered in graffiti and didn't work. I had to wash all my clothes afterwards to get the smell off them. We were both bitten by fleas or bed bugs during the night -wasn't mosquitos. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at and I felt sorry for the staff I spoke to having to work there. These were real issues that need resolving by management. Apart from that the noise in the room was horrific that night. The traffic combined with the weather ( windy and rainy) was astonishing even though we were 5 floors up.Single glazed window on half the walls of the room was the culprit. This wasn't as much of an issue as the state of the place. The people who manage this hotel need sacking. The cost of a room was outrageous. It was vastly overpriced.Truly awful experience. Sadly an honest review. Such a shame given the potential location and staff.

Friendly staff! The rooms were clean and spacious. All bathroom amenities were provided.

The hotel is located away from the city center and the sea. The walk to the sea is over two kilometers.

Nice and friendly stuff. Good breakfast, comfortable room with working fridge and good quiality of amenties. Plenty of conference rooms for business meeting.

A bit far from the beach if you don't have a bike or a car. (13 bus stops). Car park elavator a bit old and scary

There was nothing not to like.

Breakfast was not just cold it was stone cold We asked for English breakfast tea bags in our room and skimmed milk at reception they refused to give to us. I asked the lady in the cafe later and she gave them to us so why couldn’t reception

Hot breakfast and the size of our room could easily have facilitated a sofa yet all we had for two people was ONE chairThe room was noisy with the traffic as two sides of the room were windows and they didn’t seem to be double or treble glazed

Very clean,. The food was superb and the room was very comfortable. And the underground car park is a bonus being in the centre.

The hotel was clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The hot food was cold. I had to leave my hot cooked breakfast the first day as it was cold. The wok vegetables in the evening were swimming in oil and overcooked. Bar was open but had to go to reception as no bar staff available.

Comfortable and clean room and bed, excellent shower, everything in room that we needed, eg shower gel, tea making and hair dryer. Generous buffet breakfast, convenient location, and private car parking. Dinner available. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The coffee from the machine at breakfast was not really very good. The hotel is located on a main avenue where the traffic is very noisy even at night, so we found it best to use the air conditioning rather than open the window.

A very nice room in a large hotel and good for an overnight stay. A bit away from the centre of Almeria.

Cleaning was not good enough, there were no toilet brushes and even when the cleaning staff would come, they wouldn’t clean entire apartmentBreakfast was always the same, not too much to choose from

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Parking was 10e and in the same building. The staff were great. The location isn't something wow, but it is not that far from the busiest streets.Overall, a very good stay.

If you have a really long big car using the car park elevator could be a challenge, especially if you aren't the best at driving. The car was using literally all of the elevator space and the exit elevator door hallway was so narrow we had to slowly turn the car bit by bit until we aligned the car. Definitely not made for the large cars.

Nice, modern hotel at the edge of town. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Friendly staff. Parking on-site is in the garage under the hotel (accessible by car elevator) with generous parking space.

Not a big problem but the location is a 30-40 minute walk (and not the most pleasant one) away from the center of town. Bus connections are okay though and taxi fares reasonable.

Very clean with super large bed and very nice bathroom. Good buffet breakfast in the morning.

Very clean and tidy, the staff were super friendly and helpful. A credit to the hotel I would say.

Room 319 the shower head is not correctly fitted and also the soap dispenser in the shower not working. These are only minor issues that are easily fixed.
