This is very much a family hotel and should be advertised as such. It was not, and is not suitable for couples in any way.

The food was good, although I don’t think we should have been charged for water with our meal.

Safe didn’t work. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The grout between the tiles in the shower was very dirty. Bathtub had hairs in it.Only 1 of the four pools was open. Hot tub was also closed.

Breakfast good staff very accommodating and friendly

Main pool was closed on Monday and as everything in almeria was also closed it would have been pleasant to have a swim in an adult pool Arrozante restaurant closed during our stay

A nice hotel in the quiet season. Our room was large and very comfortable with a nice outlook from the balcony. Good walking along the seafront promenade

Dining room busy at breakfast with only a few guests - coffee machines running out regularly.One swimming pool was advertised as open in April, but it was too shallow to actually swim in.

Excellent breakfast and buffet dinner, food was delicious and the hotel was very comfortable and clean.

Huge room, excellent staff, and excellent breakfast. What a great stay!

As we went in the low season some facilities were not available eg. the spa this was not mentioned in booking.com info.

Great location. Close to the beach. Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Rosa at reception is a gem. Food in the restaurant was top class.

friendly staff. Great facilities. Excellent room and very comfortable bed. Fantastic range of food available at the breakfast buffet including a manned omelette station . great personal service as it was my wife's birthdat during our stay and she was presented with a card and bottle of cava!!

Great gym and pool and close to the beach

My room stunk of cigarette smoke. They did come with some air freshener but it didn’t really take it away.

Well situated, close to all amenities.

Noisy corridor, Noisy neighbour, the ceiling fan clicks all night long, the shower door leaks into the bathroom.

Great location, my room was large comfortable and clean

There was no plug in the bath, I was looking forward to a nice hot bath to soak the aches and pains away. I thought the charge for parking was excessive 15€ for the night! 5€ to 8€ would be acceptable but 15€ !!

Excellent service from staff

Would have liked a usb socket for phone/tablet charging. Though there were a lot of electrical sockets, I just didn't have the right plug

Pay for indoor pool ? come on ??? Make it part of hotel cost ? then you are 4star otherwise you are 2 star ⭐️

We liked that the hotel was directly on the beach with a nice pedestrian promenade for taking nice morning/evening walks along the sea.

The gym could be a little bigger. We were fine to three people but more would be too crowded. And dinner is served earliest at eight pm which is much too late for me. I had prefer the option to eat at six or seven.

We have been traveling as a family, for weekend breaks, 2-3 times a year, for over 17 years in ths area. We have stayed at several hotels during this period. Here is what we liked about the Hotel.The room was large with two good size comfy double beds. Theres a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, with complimentry water. A large TV. Quite a big balcony with 2 sun loungers. This is the only Hotel in the area that has a all year heated outdoor swimming pool, which as great. We used the Spa, with steamroon, sauna and icecold plunge pool. Cost was 20 euros for just over an hour, opens 4 till 8pm. Great value. Outside of Hotel is a really nice walk down to the beach. Lots of Palm trees and wooden decking.

Our only issue we had was the food was a little limited. Especially on the Saturday night. It was very poor. There where saucseges left over from breakfast, served hot and cold, no hot meat at all,some chewy duck that looked like it had been frozen. The was some fish, but had been cooked at least 1 hour before we arrived at 9pm. They could also do with a microwave, as some food ( Chips and croquetes) were luke warm.
