Property was renovated, is very nice , modern and comfortable beds. It us well located.The breakfast is really good the best I have had in hotels. The restaurant food was also very good and they are open all day till midnight.The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend the hotel

Unfortunately the shower water leaked out to the bathroom floor. Called, someone came to fix it, but was still not fixed.

Everything is good except the breakfast eggs had mold and one of us got sick.

We found mold in our hard boiled eggs. One of us got sick eating the eggs. The staff need to be more vigilant.

We had breakfast in the hotel ( perhaps more vegan choices also fact cooked breakfast was not hot )

Rooms were spacious, modern and neat. Bed was comfortable

Breakfast was basic. Not a lot of options. The Churos was poor. No gym in the facility. Parking is expensive. I informed the hotel we were on our wedding anniversary break and asked for a little decoration to surprise my wife. Was told that was not something they offered but will consider it. Nothing was done, not even a little card or welcome drink.

Location is ideal - right by the quayside and a short stroll into the centre of town. Sea views are lovely and rooms are comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend!

I missed a lot of common items at breakfast buffe.

I loved this hotel, from the moment I arrived I was greeted with a lovely welcome from the staff on reception, and my room was absolutely fantastic, much larger than I expected with a terrific view. Location was excellent and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. There is also a lovely pool area with friendly bar staff, I think this hotel deserves a 5 star review.

Lovely hotel, nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast

Shouldn't advertise thst they have parking because they don't! Never available. But there is a good public car park round the corner which is fine. Lovely balcony but no chairs on it to sit on. Shower only has half screen so floods bathroom. Renovations not quite finished, but didn't cause us any inconvenience.

I enjoyed the fact that it has an amazing location with a very nice view and balcony? with everything recently renovated and new.

Due to the fact that the whole building is recently renovated many things were not functional : pool wasn’t opened, the elevator wasn’t working most of the times, we had a room at the 5th floor and we had to take the stairs 3 times x day, wi-fi not working, parking is unavailable. So in my opinion if you open to the public all of these things make sure you let people know before arriving that all of these are actually not available or not functional at the moment. Breakfast as well is quite expensive, 12euros per person.

Location, large spacious room

WiFi did not work the entire time.No blankets or duvet in room. Requested and they delivered but put it in the wardrobe, closed the door, and did not tell me! No use whatsoever!Was told the garage was full so I could t park my motorbike (there is always space for a motorcycle). Found out the garage was full of building materials and building machinery. I chose this hotel because of the secure parking g. They should not advertise parking g when there clearly is none at at.The whole building was covered in brick and plaster dust. While floors were being renovated. The list was out of order and had to walk 6 floors with motorcycle luggage and gear. Everywhere you brushed up against left white dust on your clothes. This hotel should not be open yet!Avoid!

Some of the staff a little rude,Our rooms cost more money in the day than agreed on bookings.com£80 more on the day for the group booking.

The location is great . Lovely pool with sunbeds. Only ate in the bar once, lovely pizza. Room with a view overlooking ferry port and balcony to sit out on an evening . Room cleaned every day and fresh towels . Lovely Spanish bar 2 minutes walk away

Nothing to dislike

The staff was really great and pleasant ! The pool didn’t have much seats but that was still a great asset for this hotel ! The bar and the options for snack during the day was really nice too ! The room was awesome with the view of the sea !

Maybe we just didn’t know about it, but we didn’t have the option (when we booked through booking) to have half or full - board !

Never again

I had a wedding and needed an iron- would not accept my ID or wallet they just wanted 10 euros. This is not a good rule. Service in the bar is extremely slow to a point I needed to go reception each time. No ironing board. Paid for an upgraded room and our friends had better standard rooms. No car park space. Tv had 1 channel. Unacceptable bed.

The lady at reception Aida Sanchez? was fantastic and efficient and checked us in, even though it was 12:00 noon. We parked under the hotel.The hotel is very tired but the room was spotless and there was a veranda with a great view over the harbour. The bathroom was very small but worked okay. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was adequate. The hotel is really conveniently located in the city centre.

The hotel is tired. We were told it is closing on 1 October for extensive renovations. Btw. I’m from Australia, not Hongkong.
