Great location and extremely comfortable beds. Zero complaints about the room! All excellent there!

Unfortunately, my car was scratched (all along the two doors) inside the paid parking from the hotel. They told me the parking is shared with other neighbours and it must have been one of them... Pretty annoyed about that!

Easy to reach by car, helpful staff (Monica) sauna whirlpool and sun loungers available privately with a reservation. Good breakfast and quiet room

Our room 510 had a very strange layout. One couldn’t see the window on entering and the toilet was in an odd place

Love location, cleanliness, breakfast and shower and bed were great!

We really loved everything, but the rooms are a bit dated, not a big deal though bc totally clean. English channels on tv had no signal.

The front desk was very helpful. I booked two rooms for my coworkers travel and I ran into some issues with payment (I was booking in the US) and they were able to assist in troubleshooting.

I had a great experience at this hotel in Almería! The customer service was excellent — everyone was welcoming, helpful, and made sure I felt at home throughout my stay. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax. And the taberna by the entrance was a real highlight — cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Almería!

The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a prime position in the city.

Not much... everything worked!...The shower was not piping hot, but I am really not complaining.

The WiFi connection did NOT stay connected for more than 5 minutes at a time; very annoying and problematic for getting texts answered.

An excellent hotel - very modern and efficient. Breakfast was great - one of the best we have had during our travels in Spain. A must stay.

Everything was great!!

Parking was included!!! A wonderful breakfast buffet. Beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was delicious.

Rooms were not noise-isolated and we could perfectly hear the room next to us. That’s not a problem if they weren’t talking out loud at 4am

Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Hotel is quite centrally located and it was easy to reach all my points of interest from there.

Some people at the reception have trouble with English and may not be the most helpful or understanding. E.g. I received this message from the hotel system and went to solve it at the reception regarding my continuing accommodation, since part was paid by my company and continuing booking was done privately, and they were quite confused... There was no vegetable available at the breakfast. Since I stayed there for over a week, in the end I started to buy my own tomatoes and other things to enrich the offer.

Ok apart from night time

A guest next to us was loud and swearing at night woke us up. Shouting abuse. The 2 nights we were there.Unfortunately made us very tired and we did not rest, the hotel staff needs to make sure people are more respectful of other guests.

The hotel was very spacious, the room was comfortable and well laid out. Big bathroom with powerful shower, Although took longer than it should for the shower water to drain away. There was a proper hairdryer in the bathroom as well as shampoo and body lotion. the room had a desk/table and chairs. Plenty of pillows for comfort. Staff very helpful and you can request parking close bu which they arange for you.

Advertised as tea and coffee / kettle in the room, there was none. A bit outdated and the air con is controlled by the reception

Fabulous hotel in brilliant location everything in 5/10 mins walking shops/bars/restauranta ,beach only 20mins walk. Everything combined from designer shops to top class cafes and restaurants at great prices .......only moan as with most hotels in Spain has to use public parking as no parking on site ....very expensive....nothing not to dislike about the hotel staff superb

The location was good and the hotel overall was excellent

The cooked food could have been warmer. Some days it was even cold. The cold buffet was brilliant.
