We loved the location and the staff. They made us feel at home and were very professional. I need to compliment the staff at the front desk and the wait staff at the restaurant. It was an amazing stay.

The complexity on how to work the A/C. Luckily the staff stepped up and showed up to the room to help us setting the system properly.

Great location close to the airport and very comfortable beds. Major shopping Centre within walking distance.

Friendliness

Reception was understaffed in the evening, very nice lady but there were too many guests checking in at around 10pm. Hotel mgmt needs to rethink. I booked a room with a parking space here on booking.com but at arrival the garage was full and I didn't get the money back for it. So, lesson learnt, don't book "with parking" here, it doesn't seem to be work. Booking.com needs to improve processes.Unclear how wifi access worked, no description in the room and couldn't ask receptionist because of endless queue there.

The bedroom is spacious and the bathtub is large. It is clean and convenient to travel. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is varied.

We upgraded to an executive room so it was spacious, had mini bar fridge and a very comfortable huge bed. Staff were helpful, too, good to have secure parking, but need a small car

Maybe a little far from tourist spots, but this wasn't a deal breaker. We just exercised more

Absolutely everything, the staff were all wonderful. The hotel was lovely and clean. Everything works. Nothing was too much trouble . The location for us was perfect. The food was excellent, the waiting staff were excellent, one of them helped my husband out of a chair, he had a broken arm and was stuck. We did not ask he just came to help. Everyone was like that, pleasant, helpful and professional.

Everything was 100% perfect! The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly!!! Well worth a visit when you are in area

Location in town was nice. Not close to touristy spots but having a giant mall and grocery store across the street was really convenient. The staff at the front desk and the lady who worked breakfast were very polite and friendly.

1) hours of restaurant weren’t convenient. I realize Spain has large breaks in operation throughout the day but a hotel restaurant should allow for food, drinks or snacks to be purchased throughout the day. 2) no indoor pool. I think there was an outside one but nothing I could see. A pool/hot tub would do wonders for business travelers. 3) no gym. There’s apparently an agreement with a gym several blocks away but a place that large and expensive should have its own gym. It’s silly to make guests travel across town, especially since all guests won’t be local and don’t know the town. 4) no AC. This was my biggest complaint. Even though it was January, my room was insanely hot. It made it very difficult to sleep and get comfortable. The thermostat didn’t work and there was no fan to borrow. This was a huge inconvenience for me and a reason why I rated it the way I did. Let people be adults and control the temps in their room. Insane that this isn’t an option in 2024.

This time the attachment that holds the shower was broken , so I had to hold the shower head whilst showering .However I reported it on departure, and I am 100% confident that it will be fixed asap ,as they are super efficient

Nothing.The hotel was more than we expected and enjoyed our short stay very much,and we would stay there again.

As always, the Elba in Almeria is a very friendly, comfortable and clean hotel. And both breakfast and dinner are excellent. With good wine. The beds are extremely comfortable.
