Overwhelming odor of sewage & completely inadequate machine to address the smell. Staff is not onsite. I was not allocated parking onsite. No arrival instructions. 2-star service at best

The balcony has great view for a relaxing vacation. The Appartment is over-equipped with all what a tourists need (and might need). The quality of the furniture is super high, modern , what fit for a great vibe during a recovering vacation. Very friendly and cooperative team. The management has invested in this flat and paid attention to all aspects up to the smallest details. I would definitely recommend it to any friends would be close to piran and looking forward upcoming visits where I would definitely stay longer.

It could be noisy in the morning as it is close to bus stop. However this could be easily fixed by closing the double windows door.

Amazing location across from a public beach and pier and just a quick walk to the historic center. Room was very clean and comfortable. The wifi was excellent. There was a great space to sit and look out over the ocean. This was an excellent place to stay in Piran. Oh and everyone who worked there was very friendly. I loved being able to park outside of the building.

The location was really great, walkable to the restaurants and swimming in the sea directly across the street. The layout of the room was really good, we had 3 people but we all fit in nicely. The breakfast was simple but very nice and delicious ingredients. We borrowed a bicycle and were able to do our laundry which was so helpful. I would look to stay there again.

The only thing I can say here is that with 3 people showering, we didn't always have hot water. But if we spaced out our showers it was fine. That's the only thing. Everything else was really great.

The location was lovely, looking over the sea and a short walk into town. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

The bathroom drain was alittle smelly. Breakfast was a bit of a lottery with some additional items added and others not there as requested.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here in this very comfortable apartment. Being able to park onsite was a bonus (cost 25 euro) and it was just a short walk into the town. It had a great view from the balcony and we loved watching the sun set into the Adriatic. The breakfast included in the price was delivered to our room in the morning and there was a good choice of options. We would definitely recommend.

The location is good, there is no staff, cleanliness - there was no soap, no shower gel, the trash was full.

This was the best accommodation during our Slovenian holiday out of all the towns we stayed at. Walking distance to the old town, it was updated completely and new with very big comfortable beds, clean, modern and beachside. Honestly, it doesn’t get better than this. It’s the one place I would actually look forward to going back to.

The apartment was spotless and conveniently located with parking. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back. The host and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The service was 5/5!! It is a short walk to the center of the pretty town. Watch the sunset over the Adriatic. The apartment has easy access to roads leading to the beautiful hill and coastal towns in the area.

the Apartment is brand new, everything is super comfortable and well arranged.The check-in worked fine even late in the evening.Breakfast is served every morning to your door according to your wishes

The pillows on the bed are both (big and small) very heavily stuffed and where to big for us.Therefore the mattress was one of the most comfortable we ever experienced.

The place has no parking.In the winter season, no reception service is available, and the room is not as clean and comfortable as expected.

Brand new apartment, has everything you might need. Breakfast in the room, great options to choose from.

Parking was 29eur per day in the nearby garage, so better double check with hosts about the prices before making the reservation.

Rooms were nice , cosy. I like free parking too.

We loved our stay at the Blue Pearl Elite Apartment. Prior to our arrival, the staff had already communicated with us on our arrival arrangements. Our bus arriving to Piran stops about 2 mins away from the apartment. Apartment was spacious and clean. Heating in the room and toilet was nice and warm. Wifi was strong. We were given a few options for breakfast and it was delivered to our room everyday at our preferred timing. Pots, pans and cutlery were provided. We enjoyed hanging out at the balcony. Room was comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed the view. Few mins walk down and you will have restaurants, shops and supermarket. Do note that not all shops are opened during winter. We know that before we came. You can have nice walks to the port and the beach down the stretch of road. The bus to the bigger towns and train station is less than 5 mins away.

Great location, parking on site.Breakfast in room was a nice touch.

Extremely nice accommodation, clean and spacious enough. Although it is on the main street, it is very quiet and the sea view is excellent. The breakfast was also excellent, and the staff extremely helpfull and kind.

The apartment is very well designed and has everything you will need. Attentive and helpful staff. Great breakfast!

The property is modern, exorbitantly clean, and the location is just perfect if you're into strolling along the shore and like to decide whether you're in the mood for people or silence. Breakfast service is convenient and the staff was very accommodating (if you're vegan you should maybe talk to them beforehand, I'm on a vegetarian diet when traveling, so I had no issues). Can recommend, especially in the off season!

The walls are rather thin and if you're not so lucky the room neighbors will make your stay a little less pleasant. In the room next to mine there were 4 very noisy people, I recommend bringing ear protection.The lighting could be a little less intense in the bedroom, especially the nightstand lamps.
