Good location

Staff were not polite in the morning. Manager seemed to turn his nose up at me for wearing cycling gear. Was then asked unceremoniously to move from outside the main lobby. Not friendly

We stayed outside of the season on night in a small room for ~60€ the other in a bigger for ~80€. The personal was super friendly and helpful.The location was very good, close to the sea and the city centre.

The rooms were quite small and the double beds had a gap between the mattresses and were not that comfortable.For the price still a good offer.

The cleaness, the hospitality, the smile of the employers, the location, everything was so italian and perfect. When I had a problem with a door of the wardrobe, they fixed it immediately. The employers helped us to reserve the parking and the beach and we had towels from the hotel for the beach.

I can't say anything, maybe it would be fine to have a minibar, but în the lobby of the hotel there was a bar. You are great.

Family atmosphere, perfect location in the middle of town and very close to the beach. Staff is cleaning around the clock!

We had the nice surprise to be upgraded into the “junior suite”. Still the second room was pretty small and if a family room has less space than that, it becomes quite packed.

This hotel has very friendly staff and also the possibility to park your car in a private parking lot that is located a couple of minutes from the hotel. The breakfast has a good choice of meals and it was tasty. Everything is very clean. This is a great place to stay in Grado.

The prices for sun umbrellas and beach loungers are quite expensive. But this is not necessarily something the hotel can influence. At least you can book them at the hotel in advance.

The beach is not for free, have to pay. No parking place near the hotel. Not easy to find with car.

Hotel is well situated, close to old town.lot's of bars and restaurants around - maybe 2-3minute walk. Clean rooms - daily cleaning.Breakfast is nice - there was fruit, yogurt, eggs, muffins, croissants, etc. so good, everyone will find what they like.

If you rely on hotel sun beds - quite far from hotel, approx. 700m - but you can still use the app to get better spot. Rooms are very, very simple but clean. Considering the how much it costs, I guess it is due the to the location of the hotel. ''not as much music for what you are paying''.No coffee machine or kettle in the room, hotel offered to prepare hot water at the reception desk.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there is a possibility to rent a bike. The breakfast was okay. The room booked was quite small, very simple, but clean. The WiFi was breaking sometimes. In my opinion the smaller room without balcony is ideal for 1-2 days only.

Noisy at night as very central. We would recommend using the air conditioner even when cool outside so balcony door can be kept shut.

Personal very nice. Cheap rent for bikes. Parking is payable but safe, inside a fence. Tasty breakfast.
