Me and my friends stayed two nights in this lovely hotel.Location is perfect, everything at walking distance.Very nice breakfast with a lot of options.Staff is super!Highly recommended!!

Simple, no frills, nice restaurants nearby, very nice breakfast, helpful staff.

It has a great location with a beautiful virág of the bay, the staff is amazingly nice. The breakfast is small but meets with a quality requirement. The cleaning ladies are also did a great job.

Our room has an interesting bathroom (not in a good way). The WC is extremely close to the shower, my feet are in the shower when I’m using it. And the shower has curtain, not a door which constantly sticks on my body when having shower, it’s awkward.

issue with parking - the paid parking lots up to 1km were fully occupied, the nearest empty (and free) parking was abouit 3 km far away

Amazing breakfast with a large, varied selection.Bike storage and 24 hour reception.Everything was clean and functional although a little tired in some places.

The staff and manager ( maybe owner) were excellent. The breakfast was great. I enjoyed the view from my room. I’ll go back for sure.

Ok, so you may have to walk a bit to get to the parking spot and it does cost extra but that was all spelled out clearly before I booked. The parking spot was good as there is virtually no parking in this area of grado

Location is amazing. The view in the morning is the best right in front of the port.Staff is super friendly. We felt at home.

There's no fridge in the room but the staff was super nice to put our items in their fridge & no net on the window.

Location was great as well as advice about parking. Room was clean and breakfast was good

I reserved a twin room weeks ahead of time foe myself and my son. We were allocated a double and when I asked for an alternative the staff offered to send up an extra sheet and blanket only. I had to ask twice for this to arrive. No attempt to reallocate a room or to separate the bed for us which we managed to a certain degree

Breakfast was very good. Crew was nice and helpful. Location is right by the beautiful old street and ocean.

Rooms are very small. You can hear everybody coming and going through the room door. Single bed is moving and not comfortable. Parking is very far.

The young man at check-in (Eduardo I think his name is) was great. Very friendly, very helpful in explaining everything. His english was very good. The location is in Grado center. Our room had a beauiful outlook over the canals.

The room was small but hey the price was good and the view was great so one really cannot complain. We were on ebikes. The storage area for bikes is limited so ll the bikes had to be stacked one against the other. Took a while in the morning to carefully clear other bikes away to get ours out.

Super friendly helpful people. I had bike trouble on the way and it was touch and go if I would make it . They were really helpful and communicated my options . Much appreciated. Great location . Great value
