    Pros +

    • The hotel is situated next to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The room was comfortable including the bed with a light quilt for couples with different AC temperatures preferences set. There is an elevator in the property.
    • We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile — they truly made us feel welcome. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to the town center. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to refill a carafe with cold drinking water at the lobby before 10 PM — a thoughtful and practical touch. Breakfast was excellent: fresh, varied, and generously served. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel!
    • The friendly and welcoming atmosphere Robi and his crew created, the central location and of course the famous sunny side egg (tükörtojás how we call it in Hungarian) with ham for breakfast Robi is himself preparing ... Remarkable stay we had in this clean and comfortable room.

    Cons -

    • Huge issues with the parking in the whole island, keep in mind and arrange in advance if you are by car. There was one bottle with soap in the shower cabin which is not convenient when using the sink.
    • I liked everything.
    • Well, parking sucks if it's busy season... But that has nothing to do with this nice accomodation

Perfect location, near the beach entrance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site possible, but reservation needed. Good breakfast, dinner possible at nearby restaurant with agreed discounted prices.

Good location of the hotel, with own parking space. Friendly staff. Realy good breakfast and coffee.

Great location, the best breakfast we ever had in whole Italy, great coffee, nice and cooperative people at hotel, especialy the owner that likes to make very good eggs for breakfast. Everything is spotlesly clean and functional and rooms are big enough. We were lucky that we were invited by owner to special boat trip where his nice girlfriend Maria explained all about Grado history and we saw one of the most beautiful sunsets ever. Thank you for that. It was unforgettable. We will for sure come back.

Extremely friendly and nice! Everything comfortable and tidy, very welcoming staff at the reception desk. Excellent breakfast. Grado is a beautiful city and this hotel deserves your attention. Great value for the price. They provided us a safe locked space to park our bicycles, at no additional cost.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, good location.

    Super small rooms

    Great breakfast; very friendly and helpful staff; close to the beach;

    Rooms outdated and in need of renovation;

Very clean room, comfortable bed, good air condition. Good breakfast, but not very rich. The parking was full, but we found a spot in the public parking, about 300 metres away.

Very small bathroom, you could sit on the toilet only with your feet in the shower cabin. The cabin was very small, too. Also, there were not enough hooks to hang the towels or clothes.Small room.In the morning, the bathroom had a bad smell. Basic toiletries. The shower needs fixing. The walls had spots (maybe a previous customer killed some mosquitoes).

A very good, reasonably priced hotel a short walk from the beach.

I was a little bit confused about the parking as the cost (if a place was available) was 10€ per day when street parking outside was 6€ for 24 hours. But we parked on the street. I also think it shoud be clearer and state 'limited parking available' and not 'parking is possible' as there were actually very few spaces available on the premises. It's only a minor point but this wasn't clear.

location and stuff is very nice

interior of the room could be better, but the room will be renovated soon according to the owner which is positive

    10AndrásPosted on: 7-31-2024

We reserved a family room, it was small for 4 persons, but Roberto the boss has ugraded our rooms for two doublebed for free. Many thanks for this to him!

    8EszterPosted on: 7-18-2024

As we arrived (mother+ 3 teenagers), we immediately realized that the provided room was not big enough for four adult:( fortunatelly the manager of the hotel offered us one more room!

    9ChristophPosted on: 6-29-2024

very, very good breakfast, the location of the hotel is perfect as it is very close to the center

the bed was a bit too hard

    10StefanPosted on: 6-13-2024

The staff are very friendly and helpful making you feel welcome all the time. The bed is comfortable, shower hot and the balcony pleasant. The hotel has an elevator for easy access to the upper floors and the after 22:00 access is easy with a key card via the elevator.

The room has air conditioning but it didn’t work. Every time I tried to turn it on it had an error code.

    10DmytroPosted on: 5-31-2024

The staff is really great. It was so friendly, starting from meeting you and finishing with giving you the bottle of Prosseco when you leaving. The location is brilliant (3 minutes' walk from the beach). Breakfast is tasty and with a lot of options. The room is still good for that value. It's much better than we expected!

Nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast, good location

Old equipment, unpleasant room, a little of space, parking extra paid

    8GeorgePosted on: 5-19-2024

Very helpful staff. Great breakfast, handy location to shops and beach. Convenient storage and charging for e-bikes under the hotel.

    Adequate, but small bathroom.

    10PieteoPosted on: 4-14-2024

Great Location with view of both the beach right across the street and the Laguna on the back. Super friendly staff. Room was simple but tidy.

    Noting at this price point.
