Pros +
- It was horrible
- The property had parking & a lift.
- Very good overall value per money ratio. Wonderful position, near the city center and the seaside. The breakfast was good and the room also had a private balcony which is not that common in our experience.
Cons -
- The attendant was rude, the location had no view. We booked last minute and there was no parking and they said to just go find some somewhere. Said he didn’t like Americans
- The hotel is in need of a refurb, it is old, bathrooms very dated. The room we had was extremely small.
- The room was clean but it had nonetheless a bad smell.

Big and clean suite. Beautiful view from balcony. Nice staff, breakfast was OK. Pet friendly hotel??
It was a little cold in the room, we had to park in the city
Excellent location, very good breakfast (including many gluten-free options), very nice staff
Parking slightly expensive
Location right near the main street of the Grado Historic Centre ands 2 minutes to the dam that surrounds the sea in the area. Restaurants, shops and market within 1 minute walk - it was a tourist's paradise.Breakfast had all that we wanted.Staff was very-very nice, from cleaning lady to the ones serving breakfast, but especially the ladies at reception, who were always greeting us and treating us as if we were VIPs. The more senior lady was exuding positive energy and good vibes every day :)This was excellent Italian hospitality, and I highly recommend this hotel.
The room was quite small - but this was compensated by the very large balcony, and a bit outdated in terms of furniture, but it didn't bother us.The room had an orientation towards a parking with a recycling area, so all day there was noise from people recycling lots and lots...and lots of glass bottles. But this could be avoided by closing the windows or asking for a room with a sea view.
Great location, but old hotel. The hotel is nice, but need renovation.
Dirty and noisy air condition. When you have open window during the night, there is a noisy street.
The location is directly in-between beach and the beautiful centre of Grado. A very beautiful Hotel with great staff. Our parrot Nokita was very welcome. Thanks for the great time we had.
- Breakfast was excellent at the terrace- The hosts were very kind and helpful despite to our short staying- Parking aside the hotel was very comfortable
- The sea-view was quite limited from the fist floor, probably it is much better from the second one- The nearby late evening and early morning noisy collection of the waste from large containers was disappointing
The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is amazing. There is a paid parking option (you must leave the keys). The breakfast is good.
The rooms could be cleaner (bathrooms in particular). The place mentioned that the air conditioning is available but it was not working yet - the staff said it works in the season only. The neighborhood is a bit loud (restaurant workers take out the garbage - glass late in the evening; in the morning some other workers made some noise).
We like the hotel and its location X a brief stay. The room is clean but beddings and furnishings can use some renovation. Breakfast is ample and good.
Perfect location in city centre, restaurants, harbour, beaches all within 2 minute walk
Room was very small, only german tv channels, no bbc or cnn ( maybe I couldnt find them) Breakfast had to boil ones own eggs, no scrambled eggs, only 1 type of cheese.
The quality of the mattress was perfect, all furniture were comfortable, quite new, our room had perfect view to the sea
Very good place, good breakfast, on one hand the old town, on the other the beach.
Everything was good.
It is located in an extremely good location, almost on the beach, but at the same time 50 m from the old town. There are countless restaurants and the beach nearby. The hotel is not the most modern, but it is friendly and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, extremely helpful. The breakfast is very varied.
Parking is very tight, but at least it was there.
The sea view was amazing.
There were not enough parking spaces provided for the guests so we had to walk 700m meters.
Extremely friendly and helpful lady at the reception. She took care for us of the parking immeriately since the hotel‘s parking lot was full. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice.
The interior looked quite outdated (70‘s style bed and bathroom) but wasn‘t too bad?.
We stayed here for a few nights. It was pleasant, the location was very good. The room was quite small, but the balcony made up for it. The young waitress in the breakfast room was very helpful, friendly and courteous. Her older colleague seemed a bit envious. Breakfast was also fine.
Parking was difficult. In the evenings, the local restaurants throw their empty bottles into the bottle banks directly in front of the balconies. Next time in Grada, we'll look for a different hotel.
Very nice hotel in super central location, super breakfast, friendly staff!
Very kind and attentive staff, close to the sea. The town is also fabulous.
