Pros +
- Breakfast, nice lobby, good a/c, great staff.
- Central location in Grado. 5 min walk from the beach. Wide choice of delicious breakfast (english & continental).
- + The location is very central + The staff very friendly + The venue is very clean + Inner yard storage for bikes + Breakfast was good
Cons -
- -
- 1.) No parking facilities at the hotel. 10 minutes walking distance, pay parking, the whole downtown is a pay zone. 2.) The very tasty breakfast is accompanied only by bad-tasting instant, machine coffee, which is very unusual in Italy. It would be nice if a real Italian cappuccino could be included in the room+breakfast price.
- - The twin room was a bit small for two people but ok for one night - The breakfast coffee from the machine is terrible

One of the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! And no problem to check in at 1am.
Loud noise in the early morning, maid open my room one hour before check out... Just average...
Quaint hotel in convenient Grado location. A bit old fashioned but evocative of so many Italian hotels. Super clean and the hotel staff went out of their way to fix the only minor problem which we had.Hotel was 4 mins from bus station and easy to reach the old town.
Central location and nice and helpful staff
Like most hotels in Grado, it's massively outdated in terms of furniture and decor and would highly benefit from renovations and better quality beds. Also, there is no way to let the staff know that you don't want to be disturbed. The maids got in twice in the morning before checkout time.
Excellent breakfast.
